Best Light Replacement in Phoenix AZ

I was very pleased with the service reps, Andrew and Paul, from Parker and Sons. They were courteous, helpful and efficient while installing my new water softener unit. They left the area clean and went over how to work the unit once they were done.

Very personable, came in got the job done told me and showed me what the problem was charged me less than the actual quote because he said job wasn't as big as he thought. Thank you Jesse!!

Thank you for the prompt response when our water heater died. Johnny was at our house that same day and replaced our heater and had us back in hot water before he left. Johnny was thorough in explaining things and demonstrating the new water heater. He was polite and friendly.

I've had Charity Plumbing out to my house for three different issues and each time they exceed my expectations. They have replaced a toilet for a bathroom upgrade, handled an emergency leak, and fixed an issue created by roofers. They arrived quickly, worked efficiently, got the problem fixed, cleaned up the area, and were priced reasonably. I refer them to all of my friends and family!

These guys were really nice, however, there were some concerns using this company. They had to take a part of my home out to get to the pipe and cut a hole in my roof. They did not cover either of these exposed area when they were done for the day to ensure no damage would happen. Once completed the very next day the drain was backing up again and they had to come out to fix the issue. I then spent over 2 weeks trying to get an itemized statement of the work to file and insurance claim. Still waiting on that. If you need something done that doesn't involve follow up or more then a days work they are great, not too happy with the after part of the service and I am also a part of their Penguin Plus Plan. Not very Plus.

On 6/29/18 our water heater failed and we called Waters Heaters Only at 6:00 AM and Trevor E. was sent out to replace our water heater and he showed up by 10 AM on the same day. Quick service if you ask me. Excellent installation! The cost seemed reasonable but we did not call for any additional quotes. Thanks!

Great service, fair pricing and didn’t try to up-charge or find ways to charge more fees. Will use again.

I had a problem with my hot water heater. Ray was very prompt and called before he came out. He was very professional, diagnosed the problem and repaired it. He did not try to upsell or make unnecessary repairs. I would use Harley Plumbing again.
