I got a referral from one of my friends to do my maintenance for my old AC to make sure it’s ready for the summer and they recommended Amer K he came in and he was very professional and informative. Amer showed us a video of some repairs that needed to be done which it was not surprising due to our age of unit . We will forsure call hobaica in the future. First of all, this company is all about customer service.
Mark and Nikki were the best. Both showed up with smiles on their faces, and great respect for my home. Very knowledgeable and patient with me in answering all my questions. They evaluated my garage disposal problem. They installed a better system right away. They even corrected another problem with my Water Softener System. They provided me with the knowledgeable insight and fun conversation that brighten-up my day. They were my present from Santa this year.

Day & Night is fantastic! I called around 2:30pm to schedule AC maintenance and the technician, Rene, was here around 4:30pm the same day. Rene was thorough and very trustworthy. He took the time to have a conversation about our AC system and really did the best job for us. This company is staffed with people who are professional, knowledgeable, and friendly! I'd highly recommend Day & Night!

He is what made me choose Scottsdale Air from all the HVAC companies in the Valley. Dave followed up the day after installation to check that all went smoothly. I’ve had my eye on a Mitsubishi Mini Split for a long time. I wanted one not only as a backup ac unit for our house, but really for our master bedroom which never seems to cool during the summer months. I contacted Lincoln Air who is an authorized Mitsubishi dealer and Dillon came out to our house (wearing a mask, thank you Dillon!!) to give us an estimate. He told us where the best placement would be and what to expect on the day of installation. The crew is all pro, there were no issues with the installation process. It has been two months now and the Mitsubishi Mini Split is a fantastic investment, and we finally have a cool master bedroom. Thanks again!!

I have used Comfort Experts for many years to service my ac unit. When it came time to replace the unit, Ryan was right there to walk me through the whole process. Their knowledge of all brands really made it easy to choose the right unit for my house. I could not believe how easy and quick he made the process. Too bad he can’t clone himself and just take over for all of the other so called Ac technicians out there. Grade A service!

My VIP service was done today by Trevor, his tune up and system check was much more than I expected, Trevor explained everything he was doing in detail, the additional recommendations and why these other services are needed. I have had many A/C system tune up on my units by other companies over the years, but not to the extent this was performed, and now can clearly see there is a difference in quality. Additionally from the first day I started doing business with this company 7/14/16, everyone has been exceptional. I have no reason to ever do business with any other company for my future A/C and plumbing needs.
