Doan Restoration crew saved my disaster situation with improperly installed windows and roof. I had major window leaks causing severe water damage which lead to mold. Also the improper installation or roof flashing cause major water damage to back wall of entire garage. The crew was able to save the frame treating the mold, demo out the damaged drywall, the fan blowers, and sealed area off. Their attention to every detail made this experience turn around. Ricardo and Wendy teamwork together was smoothly. Both clearly explaining on a daily what process was going to be completed. I highly recommend Doan for your water damage restoration. i had mold growing on my ceiling due to my roof leaking i called water fighter and they came the same day and got rid of the mold and fixed the drywall and made it seem as nothing every happened, thank you once again Cesar!

Communication to you as a customer is terrible. Even after repeatedly asking for communication, long lengths of time went with no response just for me to reach out again. Communication within the company is also very poor. Empathy and assurance are no where to be found.
Some contractors will be sent out by GoToServices that they contract with, the work is not actually always done by them, just so you are aware when possibly planning some type of repair. Don’t always believe them when they say “we are sending out one of our best people” yet a company truck will pull up for a different business. Can be very… “snake in the grass” with wording and approach. Listen carefully.
VIDEO RECORD ALL REPAIRS AND COMMUNICATIONS WITHIN YOUR HOME. I unfortunately did not. People will say that communication never happened, items will be broken and you need to supply proof of them damaging items. Yes, some things were owned up to and taken care of but others are ignored.
Project was not completed. Left over work to be completed. Left over trash after EVERY visit. Promises to clean after repairs, that never happens.
Took a repair that should have been done within a couple weeks and have now gone 5 months with no resolution. Contractors sent out continue to damage items or other parts of the home unrelated. Company now stating that no resolution is available and they are ending communication based on actions.
If I ever have a choice to go elsewhere, it’s high on my consideration list considering my most recent experience.

The whole ASAP team does amazing work. Josh made everything easy and is a delight to work with. If you have damage then you want the ASAP team helping you out, they will take care of everything quickly, but in a thorough manner!

I have used Arizona Carpet and Restoration several times and they always deliver. I have had numerous stains on my carpet and they have always been able to get them out. Thank you for the GREAT work you do. I Highly recommend!

I can't rave enough about Square One Restoration!! We did a total remodel of our 1960s era kitchen (complete with the original floor and oven). We gutted the entire thing down to the concrete.

Ryan at Square One helped us from the very beginning of the project through the last detail. He guided us through the entire process of lay-out design and choosing the materials like cabinets, hardware, flooring and counter tops. We had no idea how many tradesmen I project like this would take ,we had a ton of people come into our home for the project: masonry men come seal up an exterior door, a carpenter for the cabinets, electricians for the can lights, pendants and additional outlets we added, a plumber, and a tile guy for the floors and backsplash Ryan was an expert at keeping us aware of when different people would be arriving, what to expect, what they were going to be working on and letting us know of any changes to the schedule. His communication was extremely transparent and attentive. Also, the work space of our home was kept extremely tidy and orderly. Aside from the obvious construction zone of our kitchen, all of the different tradesmen left the work space clean and organized at the end of each day, never leaving tools or materials laying around which we really appreciated!

I must also speak to Ryan's attention to detail. When remodeling an old home, you're bound to find a few surprises. One example that came up, our drain for our sink was tiled 1/2 an inch downward, instead of 1/2 inch backward, which was causing water to sit in the line. Our other sink cabinet had a dampness we could never figure it out. This is something that someone could have easily skipped by with us being none the wiser, but Ryan informed us he was going to have a plumber come correct the issue before continuing to move forward so everything was done the way it should be. It was corrected, and everything was right back on track. I can't thank him enough for treating our home as if it was his own, and making sure everything was perfect!

We are in LOVE with how it came out, and we now can't wait to remodel another area of our home with his help!!

I just want to thank Nick and his family for the great service they did at my home. I had a terrible situation with my kitchen sink and counter top but they were able to rectify and restore it with no problem. I want to thank them for being so professional and kind. Fast, professional and thorough. I live several states away from a 2 bedroom 2 bath rental unit I own. When extensive water damage was, I was fortunate enough to find PuroClean who acted immediately.
