From the moment they got to my house, he explained what and how everything they were going to do. On Monday he totally eased my mind but telling me that every job he's on, he'll never leave his customers without water for the night. That is such a big deal, Not sure if you know that but it really is.
As big and dirty of a job it was, my yard never looked like a crazy mess. When I got home last night, it didn't look at all like I had any work done. He also called and left me a message as to when he was done along with what I needed to do. I seriously couldn’t be happier. From the very first meeting with Jeff F, this AC unit replacement went as good as it could have gone. Jeff was extremely knowledgeable, responsive, and priced the work fairly. He worked with us to make sure we received a rebate from both Trane and APS. The crew arrived promptly at 7:00 on the appointed day, worked steadily until almost 5:00, cleaned up after themselves after the work was done. Chris Hays stopped by to check on the progress and stayed for a while as did Jeff F. At the end of a very long day, the foreman, Jack, walked us through the set-up of the electronic thermostat. At the end of the same week, Justin P came by to perform a quality control analysis to make sure the systems were working properly and that we were satisfied. Class act. These guys were great! Definitely made the right choice!

An outside faucet had a crack in the side. Robert came quickly, faster than I thought possible and made an immediate assessment and returned soon with a replacement faucet and quickly soldered the rupture. He was friendly, professional and easy to work with. Highly recommend to anyone who needs emergency assistance. Thanks again!

We had some hot rooms in our home and wanted to have them fixed for the longest time, but we were afraid of what it would cost. Steven A came out and diagnosed the issue for free, explained in detail his plan of attack, and perfectly corrected the issues we were having for way less than we had imagined it would cost. Now all of the rooms in the house are comfortable. He even changed my filters out for me too. Steven is extremely knowledgeable and and expert at what he does. Very pleased!

Could not be happier with Temperature Pro's service. They were able to be on site within 30 minutes and had the job done within 2 hours. They also looked at some other units with suggestions as to how to preserve them. Certainly appreciate their fast response and diligence.

As if their name and logo weren't awesome enough! These guys are ABSOLUTELY AWESOME!! They came to my home today to conduct an audit/inspection for SRP (yes, they were vetted by SRP and APS) and they were just out of this world! (See what I did there?) Not only did they move their schedule around to accomodate me, they showed up on time, with huge smiles on their faces (THANK YOU ROBERT AND CHRIS!) and came with a humongous wealth of knowledge. I know absolutely NOTHING about energy efficiency, HVAC units, insultation, duct work/returns... ad infinitum... They explained EVERYTHING in a way I could understand, and then were kind enough to wait around for my fella to get home so they could explain everything to him as well when I said, I know I am going to screw up everything you are saying... They are just kind, honest and hardworking and I could not be more grateful! I will always and forever use them for all of my AC/duct work/energy efficiency quests and I will always refer them to my friends and family. Finding honest, hardworking, affordable companies in this day and age is usually an exercise in futility. Especially in the home repair arena. We have discovered finding honest repair men is TOUGH. I hope this review helps those that are in our position, wherein everything in the home we bought last November needs fixed/repaired/replaced. Awesome customer service! Vincent P and his team came early this morning as scheduled and worked all day in the 115 degree heat on the roof of our building and inside ceiling. Extremely pleasant, efficient, polite, competent guys who worked well together as a team. They wore booties, masks, laid drop cloths and carpet down to cover the flooring, cleaned the walls and vacuumed when they were done. Left the place spotless and explained all the paperwork, warranties and future service. Can't say enough good things about this team. Thank you for great service!

From Ed Simpson, Gene Q. replaced all items needing repair in an excellant, professional manner. He was courteous at all times and thoroughly explained the repairs that needed to be done. He definitely knows the business.

I’m so glad I went with them, they are professional, explained the checkup on my unit, and the tech. didn’t rip me off by installing parts that weren’t necessary .
