By the time we got them access to the shower valve they were booked a couple weeks out so my Home Warranty sent out this company. The plumber was on time, professional, actually just a very nice guy. He respected my home and my time. Most importantly, he took care of the repair that was needed

Tom Nicolaus the electrician was great! Main breaker failed which required SRP to pull the meter and was going to take up to 2 hours. Tom waited to get the job done the same day! Service like this is rare!

Charged me $318 for drain clean that took 30 minutes on one of my rental properties. Also drilled a hole in the metal drain and left jagged edges exposed. Took my credit card ahead of job and never called with a quote to fix. Just did the job and charged me. Was very unhappy with the service and very high price. Wouldn't recommend at all.

They came by to see my Plumbing issue. It was a simple fix. They didn't try to up sale me on anything. They should let people know in advance about the service charge but I understand. I'm happy how things turned out.

Service was done by Amer and Travis, they replaced a single outlet to a double outlet in my laundry room, the techs were very quick and thorough on the install and adjusted the original quoted price of work to a lower price, which was great and let me use a discount coupon offered by Hobaica Services. Also Amer went over other things that I am looking to have fix and will be sending a quote. very pleased with both Amer and Travis.

Installed 2 different series gold and silver. Per trane techs. the system is set up for failure and does not operate properly. The company still does not and will not resolve the matter. Even though Trane is willing to help with expenses to make the system right.

Uninvited guests (Rats) Had their lunch inside our heat pump on two occasions at different spots. Chris found and fixed the problem quickly and got the pump up and running. What else could you ask for, and without being GOUGED! That in itself is a wonderful thing these days!!! Highly recommend.
