These guys are great. Much thanks to Travis, Todd, and Cole(CJ). There was a leak at my place and Moon Valley was able to get it under control quickly. After Precision Locating helped pin point the hidden leak. Moon Valley was able to come out and professionally execute the replacement and re-routing of the pipes that were the issue. Great attitudes and workmanship.

I initially called on a Saturday and Craig came out the next day! He took a look at the work and recommended a follow up visit to have a camera inspection done on my sewer line. Craig and Jessie promptly showed up at the scheduled time to do the camera inspection. I also mentioned that I had a leaking hose bib and they were able to replace it the same day. Finding good contractors is hard but Craig and Jessie proved that I can count on Custom Plumbing and from here on out, Custom Plumbing will be my go-to plumber.

AJ from Wyman plumbing showed up on time was neat and did a great job.Replaced my RO filters,drained the hot water tank,chacked the 3 toilets for leaks and checked the water softener all for $99.

I contacted Benjamin Franklin at our son’s recommendation. They were very responsive and came promptly when I had an issue. They made sure that the problem was resolved even though they didn’t have the part with them. He called his supervisor who made a special trip the same day to make sure we weren’t inconvenienced. The repair was done well. Everything works without leaks. Received a estimated time of arrival and was changed to later time. The problem is technician changed 2nd quoted time and was then 40 minutes late. Had to cancel an appointment due to waiting.
