I received a couple of texts (including a brief bio & picture of our technician) and a phone call to update me on the ETA of our technician. Amir was the gentleman that came out to the house, and he was so wonderful! We had some unexpected repairs needed, and Amir took the time to explain everything (a few times so I could understand ?), presented a few options to resolve the issues, and was incredibly patient while we figured out what to do. It’s never easy parting with hard-earned money, especially if it isn’t planned. If you have to do it though, it’s nice to work with such professional and courteous people! And the customer service at Penguin is pretty outstanding as well! The air is back up and running, and we are cooler than ever, if you can believe it!

Charged me $318 for drain clean that took 30 minutes on one of my rental properties. Also drilled a hole in the metal drain and left jagged edges exposed. Took my credit card ahead of job and never called with a quote to fix. Just did the job and charged me. Was very unhappy with the service and very high price. Wouldn't recommend at all.

Binh, the very helpful Hobaica Tech, arrived at our house on time, well informed and quickly resolved our AC and electrical issues. He walked us through the problems, the fixes and gave us helpful tips to maintain these systems. Binh was extremely helpful and we’ll definitely be using Hobaica going forward because of Binh.

Our first technician to come out was Mike. He was very professional and straight forward. He showed me pictures of what was wrong and explained what I was looking at. Turns out our 18 year old system finally kicked the bucket. We needed a new system Heater Core and A/C. The installers were Gabriel and Leo. They both did fantastic work and took great care in our home during the install. They were at our house for about 6 hours the first day and Gabriel came back the following day for a few hours. They both were very respectful of our home and very kind. It was a lot of work they put in and we are happy with the results. Yes it does suck we had our first experience with them we dropped that kind of money but it is what it is. Im also glad we went with them and joined the Guard dog protection plan. That way we can make sure we will be toasty warm in the winter and cool in the summer. Thank you again to the entire team. Mike, Gabriele and Leo.

Not only do these guys offer great products but they have exemplary service as well. I've called them several times for help with my Mitsubishi mini split ACs. All but one time they were able to help me out over the phone for free. They are kind, caring small business owners. I highly recommend them!
