Due to Covid19 my original tile was delayed and Adam went out of his way to recommend and find the new replacement. The entire process was smooth and on schedule. The Flooring Professionals deserve their name. Expertise mixed with incredible customer service and the experience to problem solve gave us great results. Would HIGHLY recommend them over any /all other dustfree companies. Details matter. Prep work is key. Rob's leveling service was superior to the competitors. We couldn't wait for the installation portion of the hardwood. We've received such better service than the other companies that we had to rave about them now.

We had a very pleasant experience working with Heath and Rachel. We ran into problems with the floor vendor early on, but Heath took charge and dealt with the company while also facilitating an order from a new company. We also discovered asbestos in two of the bedrooms. Heath worked with a company to come out quickly and cost effectively to remove it. Despite the installation process taking longer than expected due to outside factors, Urban Customs was reliable and we couldn't be happier with the look and layout of our new floors.

My experience with Mark and Dan at Phoenix Hardwood was one of the best that I have ever had. They placed pacaya mesquite in our master bedroom and walk in closet. Dan is a true artist. His attention to detail was second to none. Phoenix Hardwood was exceptional from start to finish. I recommend them highly.

This installer company has been absolutely amazing. They are with you every step and explain what the problem is and also warranty everything of anything is off they will come right back free of charge. I will continue using them.

I called Vinny at Royal Wood Flooring to come out and give us a quote to repair some wood floor boards that were loose and others were severely damaged by termites. From the first visit we liked him because he didn’t try to sell us some products we didn’t need. He explained to us that the damaged boards had to be removed completely and replaced with new wood flooring planks. Once they replaced the boards Vinny’s crew sanded the entire wood flooring area so that the newly installed hardwood flooring match the existing hardwood.
The wood flooring looks great. There are not enough words to describe how happy we are for choosing this company to repair our floors. Not only did we save money on this wood flooring project we also learned a lot about how to maintain the floors’ surface and its luster for a long time.
Our wood floors look AWESOME. My wife and I highly recommend Royal Wood Flooring for all of your hardwood floring needs.

AK Brands Flooring did an incredible job installing tile in my bathroom. Ali provided pictures and details of tiles for me to select over text. I had an appointment to have the tile I selected installed the same week even. I will be using them again for our next tiling project!

In my opinion the word crooks is the best way to describe them. They reported my initial review to Google which was completely honest and had it removed. This is in violation of the consumer fair review act which I've reported to the FTC.

Too much to list here but ill share a few items. They fraudulently charged me over $3,000 for glue(which during a repair of their original work I discovered they never uses) and refused to return it until I got an attorney involved and complained to the ROC. Then they eventually agreed to return it if I remove my review. Now they're ignoring my requests again for the refund so I have no choice but to pursue legal action.

They've incorrectly installed the floors by using shortcuts which causes the floors to pop up. It's been a nightmare as this is my only home and with each screw up I need to uproot my life.

They also removed a material called gypcrete without my authorization. I was led to believe they would be adding gypcrete to replace it but found out they used a cheaper material without telling me. Gypcrete is required by my HOA and now I'm I'm violation of HOA bylaws and CC&Rs.

They've damaged the common areas to the point my HOA sent me a large bill to clean up their mess.

Briana the project manager just makes excuses and has limited willingness or ability to help. All she does is text and when I try to call immediately hangs up and claims to be on a conference call. Hasn't called back despite trying to speak with her for months.

She ignores anything that you say that she doesn't want to address. I've asked for her supervisors contact and she just ignores the requests. Continuously making mistakes and not following manufacturer guidelines

Also caught her contractor stealing cash from my drawer and unplugging my security camera after realizing he was being recorded.

Wouldn't wish this experience in my worst enemy

A great company. Very professional and I would highly recommend them to family and friends or anybody looking for a new floor installation.
