I recently had A.P.E.S. Come out to my place to repair a faulty garbage disposal which I’ve lived with for my entire lease 12 months because that just refused to send a real plumber then that young man showed up at my door, what a professional and polite man he was and he actually took the time to explain to me what the exact problem was he did this in such a timely manner it was wonderful, the only problem we had and I’m so sorry that my Bella just didn’t want him in our house and I apologize for her rudeness she has no social skills I’m afraid and is terribly spoiled no fault of my own of course lol but we will work on it . Grayson Vu did routine maintenance on our HVAC unit and checked out a couple of HVAC issues that were listed in our home inspection report. He gave us his professional, honest opinion on whether or not we should perform the work and as a result, saved us from paying for something we didn't need. He was friendly, professional, personable and did a great job. Additionally, he has a very cool name.

With soaring AZ summer temperatures, my AC unit quit working. I called Expert HVAC, and they responded immediately, sending Rick, a great tech out the same day. He diagnosed the problem, explained it to me, and ordered parts. There was an additional electrical issue, so after that was fixed, Rick and Mike completed the repairs, and I’m cool again.

The y both did a great job, with support from the office staff, Darlene and Noelle. They all would let me know time scheduling, and showed up on time, worked through all the issues.

The dismantling of our old A/C and installation of the new roof top A/C went perfectly and couldn’t have been better. Everyone was exactly on time and so organized. The job was completed much earlier than expected. The crew was great and Juan was terrific,, so professional and knowledgeable.

Their work is excellent. Me and my husband were very satisfied with the work done . We travel a lot and don’t have time to wait around for companies to fool around with prices , nor they themselves setting the dates on when they can come take a look at my AC so we're more than happy these people were fast and efficient when they came down on our own time to set up our new AC unit. The attic potion of our AC system died last Thursday. When the AZPC technician, Mack, verified this and put in an order for a new Trane, he left a portable AC and installed it in the hottest bedroom, to help us make it through the hot weekend until our new system - both outside and attic units - arrived and could be installed. The four-man team arrived at 6:45 Monday morning and could not have been more professional or worked harder than these men did. They were courteous, positive, and very helpful explaining our new thermostat and how to ease our new AC into running at our preferred level of cooling. They also thoroughly covered up their walkway and work area and then cleaned up the insulation, etc., that had fallen from the attic while they worked. When our packet of information arrived in the mail, we were thrilled to see that we now have a 14-year warranty (mostly transferrable) and a built-in semi-annual service plan. Our AC is running better than it ever has in the three years we have lived here. We are thrilled with our experience with AZ Perfect Comfort and would absolutely recommend them to anyone with AC issues.

Called Ace Home Services due to our AC having trouble. They were able to respond to my request within an hour of calling. Juan, my technician, was very professional, knowledgeable, and helped me the best as possible. Unfortunately the parts needed wouldn't be available until Monday/Tuesday. My wife and I have lived in our house for over 16 years. Last year I decided it was time to investigate new AC units to replace the one originally installed in 2002. The original installer had serviced the units since 2005, pre-winter and pre-summer. During that time, three minor repairs, two capacitors and one safety switch. Never needed to add Freon, which was fine since it was a sealed unit. I obtained proposals from five well-known contractors and ended up by picking Howard Air. Tanner came out, did all the calculations and explained my options. I went with 2-stage condenser units and variable speed blower motors with a 10-year warranty. Tanner was very professional. Installation was on June 25 and 26, by John and Abel, who did a great job. They arrived on time, as scheduled, cleaned up as they worked, and were courteous and polite. Couple of minor tweaks by Doug and Jeff, both could not have been easier to work with. Tanner came back to check on things. All-in-all, I could not have been happier with my decision. The better news came a month after install when I received my APS bill. I did not change any thermostat settings. 2018 had a 33-day billing period, same in 2019. Average outdoor temperature last year was 93°, this year, a tad cooler at 90°. My on-peak energy use was the same for both years at 19%. The best news was that my total bill was down from $495 to $366, that's a 26% decrease and I know that APS had a rate increase. I was happy a month ago, and I am happier now and will happier down the road after my APS rebate gets processed!
