After trying to install a new faucet and being unable to get all of the necessary parts to prevent leaking, he called Belsito Plumbing. My water heater was gushing water and I was told they could not send someone out for almost a week. I found several other plumbers that could make it out the same day or the following. I'm not sure what the issue is here but, a "we can send someone out next week" is an extremely poor customer experience. If they are having some type of staffing issue or covid related problem, they should notify you of that, not act like next week is a respectable answer.

I researched Angie's list and Custom Plumbing was listed. Upon making my appointment I was satisfied with the quick response. However, when flushing my hot water heater they only drained it and refilled. No cleaning or allowing water to run through it to ensure build up was removed. Then they presented a paper requesting a signature to complete repairs of 1700. My opinion is the techs should first know how to complete a flush before asking for more business. Will not be doing business with them again.

Very happy with new water softener and filter they installed for me in the garage. The plumbing looks so good I dont have to hide it. I hardly see any water stains anywhere in the bathrooms or kitchen. Service was quick, easy and professional. Would definetely recommend to and use them again!
