HVAC technician Anthony Trejo did a great job and spent 4 hours at my house fixing a broken fan blade and burnt out motor and capacitor. My house was a hell hole at 95 degrees inside. He did a great job and showed me the damage to prove his work was justified.

Excellent work and follow up. House was just as clean when they left as when they arrived. Had two units installed and they work and look great. Highly recommend these guys.

If you are looking for a HVAC specialist, look no further. I have been using A & M Mechanical for over 5+ years to maintenance my A/C and heating units. They have always been extremely knowledgable, professional and honest. Their worksmanship and customer service are top notch. They will give you an honest assessment of your equipment and options to service the equipment always balancing costs and outcomes. I had to replace my existing A/C units and heating units last December. I wanted to write this review after 6 months to ensure the equipment installed was performing exactly like expected. As expected, the American Standard units are performing wonderfully. Amy and Mark were excellent in helping me identify the A/C and heating units and options that would match my needs and keep my house cool/warm. Their installation and worksmanship was excellent. My a/c unit failed yesterday. When I called to inquire about a repair call I was informed they could have someone out the same day! I was very impressed! However due to my schedule I opted for a Next Day appointment.
Andy arrived early in the schedule window and was friendly, knowledgeable and professional. He offered a recommendation on Air Filters only after I asked and did not attempt to sell me any extraneous services or products. THAT was very refreshing. He explained that the problem was the exterior fan motor had failed and what the cost was to repair it. He was done within 40 minutes and my house is finally cooling down again!

It was a very positive experience!

I've been using AZ Perfect Comfort for a couple years to maintain my AC and heating units. They have always been fair and easy to work with. They sent one of their technicians out to my property in Mesa. They spent about 5 minutes inspecting and immediately recommended to REPLACE the entire unit for $8k. I had two other companies come out Savage Air and Manny's HVAC. both gave me options to fix the unit, which is 7 years old and the unit is working great now! I would never use Ace Home again.

These guys came out to fix an AC issue through American Home Warranty. What a surprise, usually Home Warranty Companies get a bad reputation. But they did an amazing job!

My AC was having issues with turning on so I called Dial One Mears to help diagnose the issue. This is my second time working with them and it could not have been a better experience. Aubrey helped me schedule the soonest possible time for a checkup and the technician Greg promptly resolved my AC problem. Both were very friendly!

My experience started off bad, I received a call from Patrick Rielly soliciting a $25 water heater flush I agreed so then he offered a free AC inspection different Day I agreed, waited four hours and the water heater tech said can't work on this it's over 10 years, I waited fours for you to say can't work on it why didn't the caller ask those questions, So when the AC inspector Tabor arrived I vented on him he was Very professional agreed I should have been asked but explained the callers are just callers. He went above and beyond on my AC inspection explained all the up and down, and I ordered the Duct Cleaning he and the cleaners were exceptional. THEY would have gotten a 5 if it were not for the water heater issue

Had them out to check over my AC before the super high summer temps hit, Chuck was great. On time for my appointment, super personable, very easy to talk to, and answered all my questions l. Will definitely be using in the future!
