Called them in for a second opinion. We've now signed up for their membership and will be getting scheduled with them to discuss financing and getting the service completed. These guys are awesome. They've been really professional, understanding, and definitely don't make us feel like their overpriced or taking advantage of us. I highly recommend them and even recommend their membership ($20 a month, on special for $10 for the rest of 2021). Technician;-Travis V. was fantastic. Great communication skills keeping me looped in on service, costs, and next steps as he diagnosed where clogs were. Very thorough to make sure fix did not push clog deeper into house plumbing. Hobaica and Travis V. are top-notch and and a rarity. Highly recommend.

Their tech correctly diagnosed the problem as being the thermostat, and had a new one installed in a matter of minutes. I thought the cost was on the high side, but NVM took care of my problem less than 24 hours after it became a problem. They came when they said they would, and fixed everything correctly. I'm very satisfied.

Had a bit of an emergency tonight with our AC unit and it was going to be a hot weekend. Had great service over the phone and then Jeff the technician came out and was courteous professional and took care of the problem. A few days later, our unit starting making really horrible sounds. Called DDM and they were at our home within the hour. Our motor was overheating and on its way out. Our Tech Steve cooled off our fan, so that we could use the unit for the evening. The new motor was installed by 10 am the next day. We bought a maintenance plan because we are so impressed. I highly recommend Desert Diamond! Thank you!

The crews that have come from Goettl have been superb. Both in character and in talent. Always there for me when I need help with these things. This month I had my air conditioning system upgraded and enhanced. I love the new quitter system and the digital display is very smart! I have been introduced to water purity/softener/filter system this and the water is amazing! I have been taken care of! Sun devil Heating And Cooling saved my day LITERALLY!! I can NOT say enough good things about my experience with them yesterday. They did what they said they were going to do when they said they're going to do it. They had communication amongst themselves that was excellent. And their communication with me was consistent and also excellent. Ever deal with the company where no one that worked there seemed to be on the same page??? It IS NOT LIKE THAT HERE AT ALL!! After being without cool air for four days, I had received the run around from my home warranty company as well as the unprofessional vendor that they sent. It was unbelievable how poor the treatment was, how rude the customer service was, how expensive the repair was (which they insisted I pay up front for!) and how the warranty wasn't going to cover a darn thing. I went back and forth with warranty and their horrible HVAC company until I finally gave up, in tears of frustration. That's when I called Sun Devil heating and cooling. Brittany answered the phone and she was just....so incredibly nice to me. Her kindness almost made me cry because I had just finished dealing with the opposite. She was so empathetic to my problem and let me tell her my whole story! She was able to get a tech sent to my home SAME DAY!! BUT, the only way that worked is because of the tech himself. JESUS! WOW! If he wasn't so fast, and so good, he wouldn't have been running ahead of schedule, enough to show up to my home same day AND 4 hours earlier than we originally thought!! He was so kind, so understanding and fixed our problem quickly and correctly. He and Brittany had excellent communication with myself as well as each other. Their price for freon saved us $60 per pound compared to the other company as well!

Uninvited guests (Rats) Had their lunch inside our heat pump on two occasions at different spots. Chris found and fixed the problem quickly and got the pump up and running. What else could you ask for, and without being GOUGED! That in itself is a wonderful thing these days!!! Highly recommend.

I reached out to this company on a Thursday night and I had a new AC installed by Tuesday. What unbelievable service they provided. I had 2 other AC companies come out and provide estimates and Cactus Mechanical blew their quotes out of the water. Do not get a new AC without reaching out to them and save yourself thousands.
