Best Install Maintenance in Phoenix AZ

Sheldon & Courtney were awesome to work with throughout the whole roof installation. They were very responsive and made sure to communicate with us through the whole process. We were putting the roof on during the monsoon and they were great at scheduling us in very quickly and making sure the job was done in a timely manner and at a great price. I highly recommend TSM Roofing!

Needed a leak detective to help figure out a leaking window. First place I contacted automatically went to fixing the roof (thousands of dollars). Brandon from Renco came out and deduced that a woodpecker had pecked a hole in the pop out above the window and that was where the rain was going. He filled the hole and that was that. Saved me headaches and lots of money. Honest company. I wouldn't go anywhere else for my roofing needs.

Great service from Ky-Ko's Joe Jimenez. Our broken tile was repaired quickly. Joe was friendly and helpful.

I had a great experience with Lyons Roofing. The office staff and Ananda were always responsive and helpful. The crew were polite and professional and the super on the job, Eddie, was very helpful and even did a few little extras for me.

The roof looks great and the warranty is excellent. I know there are other possibly less expensive roofers, but I wanted to go with a long established company with a good work ethic. In addition, they connected me with a great licensed contractor for a new porch, for which I'm eternally grateful.

I chose Stonecreek Roofing and they were WONDERFUL. Working with Sarah Mead was so easy! She took the time to explain the process and exactly what needed to be done. Her team was on time, they did it and the project stayed in budget. I hope I don't have any more storm damage in the future but if I do, I will call them. I highly recommend Stonecreek Roofing.

Roof repair was completed as quoted. Repair was completed in a professional manner and installer was quick to identify what needed to be done and had the proper supplies and tools to complete task. Before and after pictures helped demonstrate completion of repair.

Since I was not available for final completion of repair I was unable to verify if 4 tiles that had cracks were repaired or replaced. I had discussed this during the quote process. Since there was a cement grout before the repair if that needed to be done again.

Kris Chavez and the crew that the did the roof replacement were very Professional and I recommend these folks for any project. They were the most efficient and courteous of any contractor I have met in the Valley in the 45 years I have lived here.

After roof damage from monsoons, Brian came out right away to give me an estimate, then tarped the roof (during another rain storm). They were competitively price and quick to respond. My roof was completed from start to finish in two days. Fantastic job and clean up. Have already recommended them to neighbors.

I love nothing more than seeing my clients happy to get a new roof for them and their families and only have to pay their insurance deductible. Professional firm that does great work

Dave Pierce and the crew were great. On time, professional, job completed same day. Very happy with product and quality of work. Highly recommend.

Had an appointment for Reyes to come out and give me a quote on roof replacement. Made sure I was home an hour early, and shuffled my schedule around so I could even be there a half hour later than the appointment. Reyes was a no-call, no-show. I understand running late, but why would anybody do business with a company that isn't even reliable enough to call when they are going to be late?

UPDATE: In response to the company's belated response: I simply reported on my experience. Your company was trying to get my business, so you should have been doing everything you could to make sure we were impressed with your reliability and trustworthiness. As for your allegation that the owner came out the next day to apologize, this is simply not true. The only time a Reyes employee came to our door was the day after the missed appointment, and that employee - whether he was the owner or not - acted surprised when I said that they had missed the appointment the day before, and he said that he was there on the correct day. You are just trying to make your business sound more responsible than it has proven to be.

These guys came in and ripped my shingles off, put on a new underpayment, put new shingles on and replaced all the gutters, stand pipe flashing, replaced five windows and cleaned up after themselves. Could not ask for any better service. They were always ready to do what I wanted done. I highly recommend Precision Roofing Company.

If this is a sign of things to come, I'll be back! And recommend as well. Capstone employee was on time...courteous..honest...and fixed a tile that had lifted for free. All within 15-20 minutes. Good job!
