Jerry, with Hays A/C, and the company overall, provided top notch ? services at very competitive prices! They gave us definitive diagnosis of our system's problems, and even though we needed a complete replacement, they went above and beyond to bring in a loaner compressor while scheduling for the new system installation. Phoenix in the summer is hot, but Hays was hotter. Thanks guys!!

My technician was a guy named Zeb. He was extremely grouchy. Granted, I sent it out towards the end of the night, but no excuses. There were other people in the house with me and they were all pretty offended by how short and irritable the guy was. I was told he was a half an hour away, and he showed up an hour later (I don't mind this so much, but thought I would notate). I did give it 2 stars because he was quick when he got here and gave me the results (not the best results, but that's not his fault, just how it is in AZ), so that I can appreciate. I had to ask him to send me the results by email. Long story short, quick, assumedly solid results. Really bad, late, and rude customer service.

We used Matt for a repair on our HVAC system, and he did a phenomenal job. He was professional, efficient and saved us from having to spend a ton of money on a new unit. We also used Travis to unclog our bathroom sink (bless him), and he got the job done quickly. I trust these two for all our home repair needs!

Brandon is an awesome dude, came and replaced air filters at our shop. My biggest gripe is the gouging of pricing desert diamond charged for being here a total of 10 minutes. Prior to this visit, We had them come and maintenance our units which I told them to bring filters (that’s maintenance, no?) the tech arrives and tells me we have to get the filters ourselves, and to call and have them back out to replace them. This irritated me that I’d have to pay another trip charge of $89, but I thought whatever. Brandon comes today and tells me it is $250 (an hour or commercial labor) to replace the filters. He was understanding of my frustration and also agreed it wasn’t fair, but he was under direct instruction. I’m not about haggling companies on price, but I think this price is extremely unfair given that we had already paid for the maintenance, as well as had to SUPPLY your company with the filters. Not cool. Hopefully someone will reach out from customer service, otherwise I may need to adjust the rating of this review.

Our air conditioner went out yesterday. Called our home warranty and they sent 1st choice mechanical out. Mike said they would be available between 10-2 to arrive. 1120am was the ETA. Mike showed up on time, explained what system I have just by looking up at roof. Informed me he was going to start by checking the breaker box for loose wires and then check system. Mike found the issue with the AC and by 1215 I have air again. I will recommend to everyone I know to use this company

I have used A & M Mechanical multiple time over the years for several properties. Their timeliness and attention to the details was what I found to be refreshing. If they say they will be there: They are there. The diagnostics that they perform left me with questions, but they were completely and honestly answered. Are they the least expensive? No, but I have found that over time they were the best value, since everything worked thereafter. No loss of my time, or the nickel and diming me over return calls to correct something else. Valley's Best Heating and Air Conditioning is the best and most affordable company I have found. Our air was no longer blowing cold and we just surpassed the 100-degree mark for the year. Val was able to get to us within an hour (as a first-time customer that hadn't used their services ever before!). He assessed the unit/issue and explained to us, in terms we'd understand, what that meant, what it'd cost and when they would be able to get us in if we'd like to move forward with it. We agreed upon a price and Val was able to do the repairs right then & there. When Val didn't have one of the parts he needed another tech swung by to get him the part and lend a hand.

(As a side note, I had called a different company a couple weeks earlier to just install a Google Nest thermostat which ended with them spending 3 hours heating my place up to 88 degrees and let me know that they would need to perform $3400 of work to replace some valve on the unit in order for it to work with the Nest OR replace the unit for $10-$20K. I asked if he could just return the system to the way it was before he did anything, which he did for $80. So, $80 to heat my house up for 3 hours and not install the thermostat, Thanks but no thanks Larson's Air Conditioning.)

The owner of Valley's Best H & A/C, Chase, stopped by to see how things were progressing as well as looking at duct and plumbing work in the attic. Chase made notes of all the things he noticed that he'd suggest addressing. He worked up an estimate of what those repairs would cost. There was never the, “if you don't do X, Y, Z & 1, 2, 3, really soon your pipes will probably start leaking, cause mold, all your ac is escaping because you need more insulation, etc., etc. pressure. It was simply a hey this is what I suggest and why and if you want to choose our company to do that work this is what it would cost. He even threw in a free inspection at a later date!

No one likes spending lots of money but with Valley's Best Heating & Air Conditioning you don't have the anxiety of wondering about the quality of service you'll receive or being talked into something you do not need. At no time was there ever a conversation about a needing a new unit, where others just try to scare you into big repairs and then bridge that to just buying a new unit. I will be having them address all my Heating & A/C needs.

His crew who did the install were very courteous and friendly despite the extremely hot conditions in which they had to work. they were thorough and did the job exactly to my specifications. My heater stopped working and they showed up about 2 hours later. I was amazed. Polite and fair priced. Replaced a motor even had it on his van. I will definitely recommend this company

What a great company. I scheduled online, they called within a half hour to make sure they had all my information. Very friendly. The day of service they called, were here quickly, Ricky checked my system, found some major conditions. He worked with me too find the solution that worked for me. Did the job in a timely manner. I was grateful that we had an over cast day as I felt bad he had to work in the heat of the day. Ricky got me on the maintenance plan so I can avoid any more situations as I did today. King Mechanical is great. We had a dual phase heating/cooling system replaced and we were really impressed with the professionalism and pricing. Frank is very responsive and we were able to get something scheduled quickly. In addition, the team working on our house spent the time to make sure everything was working and our concerns were addressed. Overall, we were very impressed and grateful for King Mechanical!

After acquiring other quotes and talking with other contractors and their products, Temperature Pro was very understanding and flexible with my requests, they were prompt, they were on time, they responded immediately, never left me wondering if they’re gonna call back! they replaced my HVAC system same day, working just fine, to return in three days as they said to completely check the system and make certain everything was to their standards ,when they left that day after making a couple of other repairs, not in the quote and not charged for because they wouldn’t leave without it right….. they did make it right ,thank you Temperature Pro! Very pleased with this company, their prices, just everything top to bottom, I have another unit that will be replaced next year and they are going to do that one also !

Just Air, LLC is trustworthy, experienced, and on time.

I had an issue with my AC, and I called Just Air. A nice guy by the name of James M. answered my call, and helped me make an appointment. It was 108* today, so having someone nearby is helpful. My situation was VERY lucky as he was nearby and could assist me and my fiance. He was at our house in ~10 mins. Again, this is situational, as I called at the right time, and he had some time to meet us.

When James arrived, he had a card in hand (as this was his first visit to our house). He introduced himself, was extremely professional, wore shoe protectors in the house, listened intently to our issue, took an assessment, and took our systems symptoms into consideration.

He found the issue quickly, and was honest with us. No beating around the bush, and had our issue resolved in a very timely manner.

Better than the bigger names in town as Just Air does not have to up-sell or meet quotas. Just Air is a honest company, and WILL be calling them from here on out.

I would recommend to family members and friends.
