I contacted Hobaica for help provide hot water more rapidly to bathrooms and kitchen. Their website has a nice video to explain a “flash hot water” system. From the first call to the office everyone was professional and welcoming. Tom was sent to our home to evaluate and estimate the situation. Both he and electrician Amer did the actual installation. All work was done on time, as promised and no mess.
Amer did additional evaluation of our electrical system and the voltage of the bathroom appliances such as a hair dryer & portable heater. He carefully explained how these appliances were causing overloaded circuits.

My first experience with this company was excellent. Hired them for routine service and to address the condensation line that was clogged. Hired them based on excellent reviews. Techs do not work on commission which I found good.

I'm just the lowly tenant, but the owner and I are so happy we contacted Expert. I know that the owner got a perfect system, for a very reasonable price. But, the best part, for me, was the installation happening several days agead of quoted leadtime, and, I love watching expert technicians at work! Pat and Tyler are all about perfection and will not leave until they are completely satisfied, which is a much higher bar than an owner could ever set.

Brandon, my Master Service Technician was Amazing! Brandon explained the inspection he was doing though the course of the tune up. When Brandon was done with the repairs, I couldn’t even tell he was in out attic through the closet! No insulation, no dirt marks, Nothing! Amazing!!! They have always been extremely knowledgable, professional and honest. Their worksmanship and customer service are top notch. They will give you an honest assessment of your equipment and options to service the equipment always balancing costs and outcomes. I had to replace my existing A/C units and heating units last December. I wanted to write this review after 6 months to ensure the equipment installed was performing exactly like expected. As expected, the American Standard units are performing wonderfully. I wish my experience was the same. I am going on 10 days with a broken ac and the company has become MIA and not filling their report as required. They have not reached out to complete repairs.

Careful the install team sucks. And company uses reviews for free services.

Called Four Seasons for an estimate after another AC service quoted for a major repair. Four Seasons offered a free second opinion. On the visit, Chris from Four Seasons went up to the attic and said nothing major appeared out of order, and still offered to do a minor adjustment free of charge. I am used to high pressure sales tactics. This was a pleasant surprise. This is how you build customer trust. He did say there is a chance I may need a repair in the future and offered to send me an estimate. Great service. I'll definitely call if I need AC service in the future.

SG Mechanical has been a lifesaver for our business. Our plaza is older and the units are not in very good working order. When we leased the property, we were told to use the landlords hvac service. What a mistake that was!! After being repeatedly overcharged for problems that were not being resolved, we contacted SG Mechanical. Not only were they able to properly diagnose and repair the problems we were having - they cost way less than our landlords company, and they fixed it correctly the first time without requiring multiple visits. We liked Andy and his team so much, that we hired them to repair and install new duct-work in our new suites, and set up yearly maintenance contracts on all of our units. Everyone on their staff is so friendly and helpful! They are prompt, courteous, and extremely fair on price. Andy and his technicians make thorough inspections and discuss the problems with you before they do the work - allowing you time for a second opinion if needed (trust me, you won't need a second opinion!) They do all of the work very efficiently and if you ever have any questions or concerns, they come right back out to make sure you are completely satisfied. I have used Cactus Mechanical for years and have not one complaint. They are fast to respond and honest to deal with. It's rare to find a vendor these days that you know you can trust implicitly. I refer Cactus any chance I get.

The main house shut off valve was replaced and a broken whole house water filter was replaced. The technician was excellent. The problem we had was that we schedule this yesterday and when I called this morning to find out where the technician was, I was told that a work order had never been submitted. They did manage to get somebody out within another two hours, but this was the second time we have had scheduling mix ups with Day and Night.

King Mechanical is amazing from top to bottom. I called them on a weekend and they were able to schedule me and get a crane in line for the AC swap on Monday.

I had a 12 year old unit that broke down twice this summer and got other companies to quote me for a 3 ton unit. Frank got me exactly what the competition offered for less (i compared model numbers)I ands able to get the install done quicker than anyone in the valley. Did I mention he lined everything up over the weekend yet still the most affordable option.

Don't pass on King Mechanical. They are passionate about being problem solvers, working with you and your needs and I can assure you I called a lot of places and his price was the best with the same labor warranty the others offered.

I cannot say enough about The Four guys that I had the pleasure of having them replace my AC unit. When my furnace went out, I called and spoke with a very friendly secretary who transferred me to James the technician immediately. He helped me arrange an appointment for someone to come assess the unit within 2-3 hours.

The technician, Bradly, was extremely kind and professional. He wore shoe covers to keep the house clean and fixed the problem with the furnace quickly. This company is great - I will be trusting them with all future issues!
