He arrived on time, was very professional, educated me about a number of items, made some small adjustments to my system and concluded after checking the entire system that it was running very well. Haired Day & Night to do two projects. Install water heater and replace toilet tank parts. They were on time and Clayton did an excellent install, neat and clean. There was a problem with the toilet but it was fixed to my satisfaction. I will use their service again. Clayton did a excellent install. Thanks for a good experience.

These guys are great! I talked with one of those big name companies first. Then I talked to Chris over at Alien. He explained that it would be about 3x LESS than what the big companies were charging. He never tried to upsell me (which is a big deal to me)... in fact, he explained that I actually needed to downsize for better efficiency. Jeremy and Mike were professional and thorough. Everyone explained every bit of what they were installing and what they were doing. And when my Nest thermostat was giving me issues not long after the install, Chris came by the same day to take a look at the wiring.... He fixed it in minutes! (it was an improper install from the Nest people) I love my new AC unit! It's working GREAT! And it's nice to know I have some knowledgeable and trustworthy people to lean on when I need help!

Yogi was quick to respond, efficient, and knowledgeable in ac unit work. He literally took his time figuring out why our ac unit was whistling and rattling. I hired other techs before, and they did not go above and beyond like Yogi did! My family is very pleased with the noiseless ac now that the ac unit is sealed properly! ? and all for a great price to! He really does care for his clients and doesn't tiptoe around any issues. I highly recommend him!

Just had some maintenance done on my water heater. I wasn’t sure if I was nearing time to replace but the tech was super honest about the time my current unit likely has left. I opted for a drain and flush. Thought this company would be expensive but it was super reasonable. Will definitely use again.
