Kevin was the technician who did our Spring AC tune-up. He arrived early and did a thorough job. He went out of his way to help diagnose and fix an issue with a sound coming from the condensate line. He provided excellent service.

Customer service is excellent! Jason S. was not only a great salesperson, but you can tell his passion is vested in the company as his gollow through went above and beyond the initial meet and greet diagnosis. There were a few hiccups, but they were resolved by the end of the installation. Eric and his colleague were very professional in their demeanor and knowledge of their work. They were also very tidy in their installation techniques leaving minimal to no debris behind after 8hrs of install. Overall, extremely happy thus far, but the true test lies within the coming months and/or with a big rain ?

From the first call to AZ Perfect Comfort (I was referred to them by a plumbing company) I was impressed with the professional way Jana responded to my questions and scheduled the work. Technician Raymond arrived within the time promised and did a superb job of inspecting the ducting thru the attic and vacuuming loose lint. He did a thorough inspection of the duct and reported that a full cleaning was not necessary at this time. I moved into this residence 15 months ago. Getting ready for the second summer the a/c unit needed it’s annual maintenance and checkup. I had read about Ace Home Service giving veterans a discount. I set up an appointment. The technician that did the service call was Daniel. He is a professional at his job. He explained everything he was doing and what was wrong with the unit. The unit turned out to be 21 years old and had lots of problems and needed replace. He went over all available units that he could replace it with. Daniel was very honest on all units and did not try to sell us the most expensive one. He has very good customer service. He is a very big asset to your company and you are very lucky to have him as a technician. I do have to make a comment to the people who work in your office. On a typical Phoenix summer night of 105 degrees my a/c went out. At about 10 p.m. I sent an email to Comfort One with the hope that they would be able to come out is in a couple of days anyway.
I was pleasantly surprised when at 6 a.m. I received an email and a text that they could be out to see me at 9:30 that morning. I accepted and it came to pass. I've been using Comfort One for a number of years. So many HVAC companies take advantage of the consumer's lack of knowledge and panicked state of mind. Comfort One can be trusted completely. That's why I feel comfortable referring this company to my friends and family.

Service tech nice, respectful, on time and did a great job.

My mom and I came home to a broken hot water tank, which had leaked in the garage and through the wall into the laundry room. My mom called as an emergency call, and Parker and Sons showed up within an hour! Not only did we get a brand new hot water tank immediately, we also were able to install a new water softening system in the same night. The level of commitment and expertise from Dennis ,Joseph & Angel was amazing! A new garbage disposal was installed also with no problem. I feel confident and I know my mom will be safe using Parker and Sons as her complete home service going forward, highly recommend them!

At 6 p.m., our air conditioner broke down. I looked up Goliath Mechanical on Google and gave them a call. Rexx, their tech, called to confirm about 45 minutes later and arrived before 7 p.m. I worked on our unit until around ten o'clock at night.
