Service was fantastic. The two guys I had out were very personable as I hung around while they worked. I just sat in the garage as they did their thing. Both opened up dialog with me based on observations within the garage. And when I would address them about a new subject they would not hesitate to respond openly. Very friendly unlike may others in the field. Not the typical, you stay in your house and just leave me alone. Your typical cold shoulder or a service repair worker was nonexistent. I only got Anthonys name but his apprentice, I was very pleased with too. If I could I would ask for them directly for my next service. @invatationhomes stick with this company for a servicer.

Penguin was great they came when no one else would because our AC went out at 6pm on a Saturday and all other 24 hour Shops refused to come dame day. The repair man came and had it fixed in under 30 minutes and was courteous and informative! Best service period.

We decided to call this service after our main pipe was accidentally drilled into. Robert was willing to take on the job and came out right on time to provide a diagnosis and quote to fix. His communication was great and he explained everything which was reassuring and he also provided options. The same day service was phenomenal. We have running water again! Highly recommend! A++!

This was my first time working with Hobaica and saw that they had a virtual scheduling system (honestly an amazing feature) that I could use to schedule a virtual meeting to replace my AC. Andrew was extremely helpful and worked hard to get my air conditioning working well. He went above and beyond to find and fix all the issues that my have caused the problem with my system, including arranging for a supervisor to come out at a later date to deal with air flow issues. I appreciated the fact that he kept me informed of the corrections he was doing and was friendly and skilled in his work. I would give him fie stars for his visit.

Came on a weekend after we had someone else no call no show to repair. Very professional and helpful. We will need to replace our unit soon and will use them in the meantime they have fixed our ac unit.

If I could give no stars I would. This company is horrible. Worst Customer Service. I could not believe the response I got or the way I was treated. Absolutely no communication or time frame.
We got a new A/C unit from them in 2011. It has a 10 year warranty on all parts. Yesterday evening the A/C went out, called them at 7 am this morning to have someone come out. It is now 12:30 on and no one has responded, called, or shown up. I just called them back to figure out what's going on, and the guy that answered the phone couldn't answer my question. He said he would send another message to the on call guy, and that I should get a call back in 15 minutes. I explained again as I did in the first call, we have children and animals in the house and we need to know if someone is coming. All he could tell me was to wait 15 minutes and see if the on call guy calls me, if not I could call back or he suggested I could call another company to come out. I told him again that it is under warranty and asked how that would work. He just told me to see what happens in 15 minutes.

Day and Night was excellent. My AC stopped blowing cold air in the middle of July so you know it was SOS. They were able to get Ivan out to my house same day. He was super thorough in explaining everything and was able to rectify the issue within an hour. I will definitely be using you guys again when I am ready to replace the whole system. Thank you!

As 100deg hit a few weeks ago. Quickly discovered field mice had made a winter meal out of wiring in 2 of my outside units. A quick call and the tech arrived. Besides simply replacing chewed up wiring, he recommended some protective pipe sleeve to prevent this from happening next winter. That’s what I really appreciated, going beyond just the fix to prevent problems next year and beyond.
