The sales rep, Jimmy, was great. He was thorough and explains all my options for my flat roof. There was a wait for the work to start and I had active leaks during our monsoon season. Scott came out and did a temporary patch on the leak spots until the roof could be fully repaired/replaced. Once work began, it was quick. They were good with communication, the warranty is great and they have a good payment option.

Fair price with quality results. Brown Roofing did an outstanding job on replacing the underlayment on my roof. Jesse and Craig were both very responsive and provided details throughout the job. They did the work on the stated timeline, cleaned up after each day, and ended the job leaving my yard cleaner than it was when they first arrived. Replacement boards were painted and with the three-inch bird-stop, the roof now looks refreshed and updated. After solar panels were installed, Jesse quickly came back to inspect the roof to ensure no damage was done. Should anything arise in the future, I feel confident they will respond quickly. Definitely a company with integrity, quality workmanship, and a focus on customer satisfaction.

Great friendly service

I have needed a roof on my shop for years, it filled up with water every time it rained. I didn't have the money to replace it but couldn't go any longer with it the way it was. I used Castile Roofing because they we the cheapest contractor I could find. Being they were cheaper than everyone else I expected a half way decent job but I never expected them to perform the way they did. Fantastic job guys! you were on schedule and it looks awesome! Phoenix Roofing replaced my 23 year old roof following a roof leak that resulted in some damage to the interior of my home. Brandon Brawley, a managing partner of the company has been great to work with and responsive to my concerns and requests. As is often the case, the work did not come without challenges, but Brandon has always taken my calls and worked with me to resolve the issues that have related to the repairs. Most of the issues had nothing to do with the quality of the work performed and I am confident in recommending Phoenix Roofing to friends and neighbors for the attention they gave the project and for Brandon's extra efforts to communicate with me. Having met with several roofing companies prior to hiring Phoenix Roofing I believe they charged me a fair price and the crew that did the work was professional and efficient. Roger Bloss has been amazing to work with in getting my roof replaced. He was able to do an assessment of my roof the day after it was damaged, he walked me through the claims process with insurance, and has communicated and updated me every step of the way. Clyde showed up unannounced, looked at the roof and gave me a reasonable bid. The repair consisted of a one inch bed of black tar paste and a common two-by-six from Home Depot that didn’t match anything else on the house. The worker did not inform me that the job was done nor that he was leaving. I just get a call to pay. Horrible work and customer service just as bad. Had several other companies come out to give me quotes to repair the bad job that Hardacher did. They were all very surprised! Buyer beware! You get what you pay for sometimes.

Great, friendly professional service. They re-roofed my tile roof and back patio cover. They were able to save me a ton of money by reusing the majority of my old tiles then they matched in new tiles where needed. Everything under the tiles was all new materials. I had gotten a few other quotes from other roofers and they were so much more expensive and they didn't provide me with such a great cost saving solution. What a fabulous company.

Wow! What can I say? A free roof from insurance?! Neil Burnett was my project manager and did a spectacular job. The whole time I was worried that I was going to be hit with a huge bill, but at the end of the job, all I owed the young man was my deductible. Still can't believe how smooth and professional this process was. My wife and I will be recommending this company to family and friends.

The roof installation and repair did not go as smoothly as I expected. However, the follow up by the General Manager, Irbin Toglena was extraordinary. He came to my home and listened to my concerns and addressed each one to my satisfaction. We all make mistakes, including me, but kudos to Irbin for his professionalism, understanding and taking immediate action to rectify the situation. His efforts warrant a 5 star rating!
