Mr. Bryan Patrick came to my house over concerns I had over a little moisture in the foundation. He made a thorough inspection of the house, both inside and out, looking for indications of a foundation issue. While it was determined there were no problems with the foundation, he spent a lot of time elaborating on measures that I can take to help protect the foundation from water, such as installing adequate gutters and reshaping the contour of the ground in one area to help with the drainage of water away from the foundation. I was extremely impressed with him. He was at the same time courteous, personable, and professional.
