Our AC died on Sunday and Hays was there the next day. Mike was courteous and quick to diagnose and fix the problem. He was knowledgeable about the units and explained exactly what was happening. I will definitely use Hays again.

Feared the worse, but hoped for the best and found it!!! We had an issue with draining from our bathrooms tub and shower, and dreaded the thought of what a 50 yo house might throw at us. Found Sav-On, and couldn't have asked for better! Our tech Jesse was extremely kind, and didn't have any issue explaining what he was doing. We needed a plumber to fix our outside facets because they were leaking and flooding our yard. We called Amigo Rooter and Plumbing and they responded quickly. The gentleman who completed the work was knowledgeable and professional. We will be using them for all of our plumbing needs.

We used Hobaica for a hot water slab leak. John and his team were super professional and did a great job rerouting the lines through our attic which was a very tight space. I would definitely recommend and use them again.

They were fast, had excellent workmanship and took care of the job like it was their own house.They were initially called Friday and the entire AC removal and install is complete today, Monday despite how busy they are.It really feels like everyone I talked to enjoys their job and the company. When the first person I talked to said they are called Day&Night for the experience they provide, not necessarily that they are open day and night, I thought that was a clever line. It is no “line”. My visit from Jeff at Lincoln Air was the most helpful and professional home visit I have ever received. He was honest and fair and was able to explain our AC issues and solutions very well.

Ronald Fendrick was the tech that arrived and diagnosed the problems with my system and together, we came up with the solution to replace our antiquated system. He was very professional and knowledgeable and treated us like family. We've had a bad experience with another HVAC company and as our system was down, they told us they could get to us in a week. I called ACE at 11:15am and Ronald was here a little after 2:00pm.....the same day!!! And gave us an incredible deal on our new unit which was installed the very next day! It doesn't get any better than that. And Ronald was the best and kept our interest and wishes first and foremost.

AC was broken. Waited around in the heat for the 5 hour window that they provided. At the end of the 5 hour window, I called and they said no one was coming because someone made an error in the system. Incredibly unprofessional. Huge waste of time. Do not use.

We had a major leak with water coming through the wall and onto the carpet. Parker and Sons came out asap, found the leak caused by a cracked drain. The next day Dean came out, did the major repair, including busting out the slab and doing a great job on the repair. They are not cheap. But did an excellent job.

On time and friendly. Fixed the problem within minutes. Would use this service again.

Save your sanity and go with Christian Brothers. I have used Patrick Riley for 10 yrs. They were great at first. These last 5 yrs have been such a terrible experience that we are not using them, even though we have 5 yrs left on our prepaid maintenance plan. They sold us and installed a Rudd hybrid water heater. It gave us problems for 3 years. Call after call after call. Their solution: buy another one that works better. We don't carry that manufacturer anymore. After showing them a piece that was ordered after the first breakdown. They charged me $400 to fix it. I had the piece for 3 yrs before the tech finally listened to me and fixed the problem. Same deal with the water softener we also purchased and had them installed. As for the maintenance work on the Hvac. There was a tech that left a mess in our attic and flooded our laundry room, due to his shoddy work. Another tech punctured the compressor in the AC unit.The schedulers are constantly rescheduling appointments. I also purchased an air scrubber from them. I needed a new bulb, made and appointment, after rescheduling multiple times, the techs showed up without it! It's been 14 days and I haven't received a call back regarding the bulb. I'm done, hate the company and I will NEVER recommend them to anyone. Christian Brothers is a better choice. They are upfront, honest and don't upsell you.

I called for a second estimate on my furnace. Scott with Howard Air did a thorough check on my unit and found nothing the other company gave me the estimate on replacing. He was here for over an hour where as Hobaica was here for maybe 30 minutes at the most and came back with their diagnosis’ and an estimate of over $1100 to fix my furnace. After delays getting back to me , I called Howard and scheduled an appt for the next day. Sure glad I did. He explained everything in terms I could understand and his diagnosis’. Once again very thorough and completely satisfied and my furnace is now working. I will use Howard Air for all my furnace and air conditioning needs. Thanks Scott and Howard Air.
