Alin did a great job! He was very attentive and answered all of our questions with educated and precise answers. Alin did not rush us on any decisions and took the time needed to successfully diagnosis our issues to avoid our air conditioners not working when we needed them most

We have the Goettl Sadie plan and are very happy with it. The techs do not rush and they check everything. I have had techs here for up to 4 hours. They take pictures of everything they check and show us what they found.

They were great. Showed up same day when the valley was in the middle of a super hot spell. Inside of 1/2 hr I had cool air back! Only 4 stars because they were a bit pricey at $350 for less than an hour and a $20 capacitor. $180 trip charge that doesn’t apply to repairs is a bit much too. But hey, they were responsive and got cold air going so I’m happy.

Very professional, efficient, and friendly! They explained what was going on with my unit and gave me options on what could be done in order to maintain the life of the system! I definitely felt more than I was just another client or a number.

I'm not one to write reviews but i've made an exeption for Alien Air due to the extremely positive interactions I've had with them. I originally contacted them for an energy audit and had the owner, Chris, come out. Not once did he try and upsell me on something I didn't need. After having several companies come out for a general AC install/repair estimate, Chris was the only one who didn't turn that into a sales pitch.

I ended up having Alien install a new unit and add insulation to my home to take advantage of the SRP rebates program. Chris was honest, direct, on time and always answered any questions I had. One month into having the work completed I've noticed a cooler home, less run time on my unit and a reduction in my electricity bill compared to last year. I will definitely use Alien air moving forward for my AC needs.

Shout out to Billy Easley who came to my house and actually spent some time diagnosing my system. He came up with an unusual diagnosis. He was respectful, smart and on time. A competitor had looked at the system, gave me a typical diagnosis and never called back or followed through. Probably because they didn't really know what was wrong.In the meantime, I'm a senior citizen and night time temperatures are below freezing. I have no heater and no solution.Until Billy showed up. He said he'd put Urgent on getting the part, but I should use a space heater until he could get back next week. At least I know where I stand.I'm grateful Billy showed up and I am finally on the way to having my heater back on.

Comfort One Air Conditioning is the best AC company out there! Any time we have needed them they send someone out right away, are able to fix the issue in a timely manner, and their customer service is top notch! Jon came out on the 4th of July and had our air running within an hour!! Highly recommend!!!

The team at Arcadia Air was honest and straightforward. They inspected and found nothing wrong with our 20-year-old A/C. I didn't clean it in a while, and I went ahead and authorized them to clean it. They also provided a ballparked price for a new one and it wasn't as much as I thought. I would consider using Arcadia Air again!

This company always sends out friendly and professional folks to check on my a/c, my insulation, my heating unit, my plumbing, my electrical, and all of the other major home systems that I never think about unless it breaks… I pay $10 a month so that they worry about scheduling maintenance instead of having to be proactive about it myself. I never feel pressured to buy or change outdated parts. There have been several times that the technician has come to inspect something and confirmed that it’s in good shape and there’s no need to buy a service. I trust Parker & Sons with my home and recommend them to anyone that wants to work with a trustworthy company! Thank y’all for taking care of me!

Recently we had George Brazil install a new A/C unit for our home. They did an exceptional job and a Fair Price! I had two other quotes that were 25% more for the same unit! No need to shop around, they have all the bases covered, Exceptional Service and the Best Price in town! :)

I'm a homeowner/landlord here in Ahwatukee. My AC went out and my Home WARRANTY company could not find a HVAC company to come out until next week... Unacceptable in the desert?! My tenants have a small child and Temps hit 101 inside. I have a friend who told me to contact her son's company its called AIR CONTROL they are local and the staff is amazing. I spoke with April a Happy person and was very pleasant and real to talk to about my issue. I called Tuesday afternoon and AIR CONTROL came out Wednesday. I do have an older AC and was afraid I'd have to replace it. (It is on my list of very soon purchases) I'm paying for daughters wedding this year and honestly thought this could not have happened a worse time. But AIR CONTROL came out and replaced the Motor Fan and they also told me my compressor is in very good shape super big component in the operation of an AC unit. He saved me a tom of $$ and my tenants can go back today in cool comfort. I told George who is the owner I am going to replace my unit in the next year and AIR CONTROL will get my future business. So AHWATUKEE if you have any HVAC issues please give them a call. #1 in my book.
