Highly recommend this company. Our AC died and I remember getting a coupon in the mail from this company so I gave them a call. They were able to get to my house the same day. Steve was fantastic. He spent 4 hours that night at our house during his time off to discuss our options. Not to mention he communicated with me the entire day and was on time. They were able to install a new ac for us within 1 day. The crew was also fantastic. Again, was on time and communicated with me prior. They were extremely polite and very efficient. The install is beautiful. Never thought I would say that about a new ac. They replaced everything (except duct) to ensure maximum efficiency. The unit is so quiet. I will be recommending this co to all my friends and family. Thank you for such a great experience for something that is hard to deal with in az.

Fred Russo and HVAC tech Justin did a nice job of replacing our 4 ton heat pump. On time, they cleaned up after they were done. I would highly recommend AZ Perfect Comfort.

I tried this company this year instead of my regular guy. I had Danny out to my house to do air conditioning tune up. Very professional and detailed. I am use to getting a $1,000 list of part to repair with a high pressure sale tactic. He showed me that some of the previous recommendations were not even valid and found the real issue the other guys never even talked to me about in my previous appointments. I will use them again.

Taps and the crew at Comfort 1 AC were the very best. Taps got my AC Maintenance scheduled the same week I called. Even though he was extremely busy, he made me feel like I was a priority as a customer.

The technicians who came to do the work were punctual, knowledgeable, had the parts needed on the truck, and were in and out promptly.

The price was hundreds of dollars less that I anticipated and the value of knowledgeable service and ongoing maintenance gave my wife and I ongoing peace of mind for the upcoming hot AZ summer.

Service was excellent. Taber provided a detailed estimate on a full-system clean including blower, indoor AC coil and duct system. He was prompt, professional and courteous and explained everything in an easily-understood manner.

Howard Air is a great company. I had them install two new AC units when we moved in five years ago. I haven’t had any issues until our upstairs unit wasn’t cooling as well. They came out to service the unit and it was low on refrigerant. The service guys were very nice and added some refrigerant and the unit was cooling properly again.

Derek was very friendly and professional. He replaced our hot water and heating element in house quick and fast, he came twice to explain the problem and the fix to it. He managed to fit us in right way so we could get hot water back to the house. The new unit looks great and runs wonderful.
