They have earned our business for life.Personal References:Rich, Ray, Bob and Boom have been spectacular on the install of our new units. When they found a water leak they fixed it. Very professional, polite and thorough. Coudn't have asked for a better crew :-) :-) :-)Bill, the service man came out and spent a couple of hours finding the problem with our upstairs unit. They fixed it at no charge while we awaited the financing on our new units. Let me say we had signed no papers yet on new units so they trusted that we would be honoring our word on purchasing new units through them.The day our upstairs unit went out, Chris the owner made the call himself as no one else was available. He guided us through the process of picking the right units for us. Again let me state there was two-three weeks between this initial visit before we committed to the purchase. Chris was a hoot, and I appreciate all that he did to earn our business.

Travis came out for a clog I had which my sinks were draining slow and within an hour he got them working again, very clean and professional. Definitely will use Neel's plumbing again!
