Friendly and informative and on time I was running just a few minutes behind and they had no problems waiting

Well, I called into hobaica to have my ac serviced on my home I just moved into, to make sure everything is running well.
The service person I spoke to on the phone was a very friendly gentleman. I felt I was going to receive great customer service.
The service man who came out to check my ac went out side and checked my thermostat. Then went into my attic . He was up there for a bit. And then came down and told us about how we will need to replace our blower, gave us a quote of 745.00 dollars , then tells us , I know we are expensive so you can probly get the part from Grainger cheaper and find some one to install it for you .
My husband realized after he had left our blower would not turn off at all. So I called my brother in law in California who does ac. And he tells me to go in the attic and call him on video . Where he begins to tell me that the man they sent out switched the wires on my blower so that it would constantly stay on and not shut off..
I can't believe someone would do this to a family.
Especially after telling the service agent on the phone how we are military and he told me the Owner was military as well. I thought we would get honest customer service ..

I did contact the office and the lady I spoke with was very unfriendly..

we had the AC unit go out at the store and the property management said that we had to replace the whole unit that they would not be doing that. Moises gave us options in regards to getting it repaired that was gonna cost us a lot less than the $10-$15,000 it would cost to replace the unit, we got quotes from different places and everybody kept telling us the same thing. Looks like my dad made a watermelon.

Q was awesome helping me out with all the paperwork and details concerning the replacement of my new AC unit. He deserves more than a 5 star rating I’m giving him a 10 star review.

Gerardo and the rest of the company were amazing! I called him over Memorial Day weekend due to my AC going out. Most other companies were closed but Gerardo answered, got me quoted at a fair price and was able to have the unit installed on Tuesday morning so I wasn’t stranded all week without AC. His price was very fair and his (and his teams) professionalism was unmatched through the whole process. I will definitely be recommending them to anyone that needs a bee AC unit or repairs and will be calling them anytime I need anything!

They actually listen to you (the last repair person did not). They also told us about the best (and most cost effective) AC filters to get - Flanders High air flow filters (from Ace Hardware).

Our AC went out in the hottest week so far this year! We have twin babies and I was stressed. We called James and he came out to look at it at 8:45pm! Once diagnosing the problem he promised to be back the next day with the parts and get it fixed for us. He followed through and was here early in the day and him and his partner were so efficient and friendly. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for reliable, affordable , and friendly service. So grateful for them.
