Best Heating System Installed in Phoenix AZ

I own a business in Gilbert, AZ and Promise Heating and Air installed all of my units. I found Jesus and his team to be extremely knowledgeable, professional, and patient to ensure I understood every detail and answer my questions. Our install crew was phenomenal. They were extremely professional. They laid down blankets everywhere they would be walking throughout the house. They cleaned up well after taking down both of our systems. The crew lead was very knowledgeable and answered every question I had to the best of his ability and I asked a lot of questions (just my personality). He didn’t get irritated at all. The whole install didn’t take very long for getting two systems in. Everything seemed professionally installed to the highest of standards. The owner of the company even comes and does a quality check of the whole installation after everything is done to make sure all questions are answered and everything is exactly perfect.
This company was great. Their price was competitive with everyone else’s price, even company’s who were quoting day and night (off-brand hvac). We got one of the best prices, Trane 16seer HVAC equipment and a great team that helped us throughout every step of the process. I got 10 quotes for our HVAC to get replaced and I am SUPER happy that I chose this company. I HIGHLY recommend Tim (owner) and his great crew!

Customer service is excellent! Jason S. was not only a great salesperson, but you can tell his passion is vested in the company as his gollow through went above and beyond the initial meet and greet diagnosis. There were a few hiccups, but they were resolved by the end of the installation. Eric and his colleague were very professional in their demeanor and knowledge of their work. They were also very tidy in their installation techniques leaving minimal to no debris behind after 8hrs of install. Overall, extremely happy thus far, but the true test lies within the coming months and/or with a big rain ?

Very competitive pricing. Kept me updated on equipment order status. Install crew (Josh and Juan) were very professional -- did job in one day. On-site how goes it visit by two of the owners of the local Phoenix branch. Got me the unit I needed, at the price I wanted. No high pressure sales tactics. I am happy with these folks.

I've used Just Air for three years. Any calls for service are quickly responded to. They perform an annual maintenance visit and I feel confident my AC will survive the brutal desert summer, and if it doesn't, I know Just Air will be here quickly to save us :-)

100 per cent recommend Comfort One. We had a challenging HVAC installation with multiple units and they more than exceeded our expectations. Aa pleasure to deal with on every level. For context We are doing quite extensive remodeling on our house and Comfort One is the ONLY company we have dealt with so far that does what they say they will do on time and on budget.

Like many of us our A/C unit stopped working in the middle of summer. Called the company that replaced it 2 years ago and they said somebody would call me. Few hours later called again. Nothing. The next morning called again and they said they didn’t have anybody for emergency services available. So I reached out to Parker and Sons and they had somebody out the same day! Excellent work. I was referred to Air Control by another customer of theirs. Ben first showed up to my residence and conducted an inspection and repaired the items he found to be defective. Ben also recommended things that would need to get fixed in the future. Ben was professional and thorough in his work. However, due to this being my first A/C repair job on my first house, I was skeptical. George (the owner) reached out and spoke with me directly. George offered to come to my house and personally walk me through the testing and repair process for my unit. George was also very professional and thorough. He took the time to explain each test out to me and taught me how the units worked and what to look for as the units age further. Both George and Ben were extremely professional and George as the owner takes accountability and responsibility for his work and company. Air Control definitely puts their customers first. I highly recommend their work.

The service tech that came told me that he couldn't get a close look at my AC duct and could only make a guess that it was ok using his phone light....The attic space is not that small. I still have no air flow from 2 vents.

I went through HomeAdvisor, and am so grateful I did. I talked to Gerald within 10 min of entering my information on HA. He came out the same day to look at my AC.
I'd already had a couple of quotes from other companies, so when Gerald showed me his quote I was shocked! It was significantly lower than competitors. (so I checked his reviews and they were great)

The day of the install, the gentlemen were at my house 15 min earlier than expected! They cleaned as they worked so I never had boxes or trash all over the place.
