Best Heating Repairs And Service in Phoenix AZ

I don't write reviews unless I receive over-the-top service, which is what these dudes provided while replacingour water heater yesterday. They got to our house quickly, were polite, remained 6ft away, and worked quietly, quickly, and efficiently to replace our water heater in the garage,, all while my husband and I finished up our work day inside. They advised us that they had finished when they had completedthe task by giving a lil wave on our camera which we appreciate, as one of us was on a conference call at one point during their visit, but were not at all disturbed. After their installation, they advised us to check the pan they had placed beneath the water heater in case it leaked. No leaks! And no nonsense! Would totes recommend this company to friends and family, as well as to anyone looking for a trustworthy company for such jobs, these fellas get it done!

***Update: I had a garbage disposal/sink emergency over this past Valentine's Day weekend, and Dominic came to our rescue. Polite, knowledgeable, and efficient, just like the others that replaced our water heater! Is there anything they can't do? These guys are amazing!

Some of our bedrooms were a lot hotter than the rest of the house. Andy figured out what was causing that issue and was able to reroute more air back to those rooms and better balance our house out. I wish we would have called him years ago. They also found a fire hazard that has been a danger to us for many years and fixed that for us as well. Because of all the additional work his team was here 3 days but they did a great job. We are very pleased with SG Mechanical and would recommend them to our friend and family.

They did our recent AC install and just came back out following the storm last Sunday to make sure the compressors were good following the lightning storm. These guys are so professional and customer friendly It’s a pleasure to work with them

As if their name and logo weren't awesome enough! These guys are ABSOLUTELY AWESOME!! They came to my home today to conduct an audit/inspection for SRP (yes, they were vetted by SRP and APS) and they were just out of this world! (See what I did there?) Not only did they move their schedule around to accomodate me, they showed up on time, with huge smiles on their faces (THANK YOU ROBERT AND CHRIS!) and came with a humongous wealth of knowledge. I know absolutely NOTHING about energy efficiency, HVAC units, insultation, duct work/returns... ad infinitum... They explained EVERYTHING in a way I could understand, and then were kind enough to wait around for my fella to get home so they could explain everything to him as well when I said, I know I am going to screw up everything you are saying... They are just kind, honest and hardworking and I could not be more grateful! I will always and forever use them for all of my AC/duct work/energy efficiency quests and I will always refer them to my friends and family. Finding honest, hardworking, affordable companies in this day and age is usually an exercise in futility. Especially in the home repair arena. We have discovered finding honest repair men is TOUGH. I hope this review helps those that are in our position, wherein everything in the home we bought last November needs fixed/repaired/replaced.
