Needed a new hot water heater at the rental house I'm in. Appt was between 3p and 5p. Kevin called and said he could come earlier if it was convenient. When does that ever happen..usually you have to wait until the end of the window. He showed up and told me when he figured he'd be done and was finished and gone in no time. Perfect!

Excellent customer service. Aaron was very knowledgeable and helpful and explained everything that was done. Even signed up for maintenance plan.

The technician that came was outstanding. He made suggestions for some new filters were perfect for my needs now. Also solved the problem of why my thermostat wasn’t working. I’m always happy with Penguin and today they sent their best. I’ll request Jimmy from now on.

Grayson was awesome. He called ahead of time to let me know he was on his way and showed up right on time. Completed our AC system checkup and gave me a detailed report on everything. 5+ stars!!

Michael Lane did a wonderful job figuring out the issue we were having. It was a tougher fix (we had multiple units that I wasn’t very familiar with being that we moved in recently) but he patiently worked and kept us updated as he went along the process. He found the problem and got it completely fixed. It turns out a rodent had gotten to some wires on my units. I was very grateful for the quality service. And my family is thankful that we can carry out everyday life again with a comfortable cool temperature in the house. He’s a great representation of Goettl.
