We Had a emergency Plumbing issue during Thanksgiving and Call Hero Home Services , they came and had to replace my the main drain pipe from our bathroom to the connection to go to the city sewer , they were thorough and respectful , they worked during the holiday and cleaned ip everything, and it didn’t cost a arm and a leg, they are my go to guy’s from here on, Orlando and the guy’s at Hero Home Services , you are awesome , I highly recommend them.

Reddi Heroes responded to our emergency sewer backup call. They arrived within two hours of our call. Bryant and Brent quickly went to work to discover the problem. Their problem solving skills were excellent and they kept us informed the entire time. They had to pull up our patio to get to the lift pump but put everything back in place perfectly and cleaned up after themselves. We will use again and highly recommend. We called the day after Thanksgiving. We had a clogged main drain. One place we called didn't want to be bothered said they would have to charge extra for holiday weekend. So we called Mr Roofer and Rafael #245 was out in 15 minutes and within an hour the drain was cleared. He gave us alot of tips. Took his time explaining and showed us pictures of inside our drains. Very helpful and courteous. Got his business card cause we will definately call him again for any future problems and to tell our friends about.
