our AC at the store went out of a few weeks ago and at the warehouse it gets extremely hot and we called them and within the next day they started working. This is the first time we have used Sun Devil Heating and cooling. We first called for service on a 1994 Trane unit, it had a leak, the technician found the leak, tried to add Freon but it kept leaking out,. He gave us the cost to fix and cost for new unit. Tech did a great job. We checked around, and found the price to be very competitive. We agreed to a new unit, the install was scheduled, rescheduled when no one showed up (we were not called), the crew showed up two plus hours late to install. My only concern on install was that the tech did a terrible job insulating the outside line, and left a mess at the site. The inside air handler has about 2 inches of tape connecting the air handler and ductwork, I was told the shop does their own fabrication for installs, I guess that's what I expected. The crew did not bring the new thermostat promised, so that came the next day several hours after scheduled (no call). I was just leaving when the tech drove up. I gauge a company many ways, but rarely get the opportunity to see how a company responds to an error. I cannot speak highly enough of the honesty and integrity I encountered using Just Air.

First, my air stopped blowing on a Sunday - wife and kid and pets were facing a 100F day, and my regular company doesn't do service on Sundays. I got a very fast response from Just Air and was lucky to have the closest tech live only a couple of blocks away (who was prompt, polite and helpful)! This made it easy for him to come and go from the house as the diagnosis proceeded.

Turns out my interior coil was completely frozen - a block of ice - which sounds good when it's hot, but not when it blocks your nice frozen air from getting in to the house. After a few hours of thawing, they were finally able to see the problem and got me cleaned up, diagnosed with a likely leak and added refrigerant to address it - and we were left feeling cooler, if not thrilled about a possible expensive leak.

My regular company offered me a courtesy call to come out and check for no charge, and who turns that down? In the few days between, it also climbed up to 115F and the air was really struggling - the differential had fallen to 10F and that doesn't cut it at that temp. After checking it, my other company confirmed Just Air did good work, and could also see how they thought extra refrigerant could be called for, but with some additional time, troubleshooting and the extra high outside temps which gave them more data - that extra was actually making it harder on the compressor. They drained the extra back out, and back to a 21F delta - ah, cold air.

I probably should have called Just Air to come back and fix it at that point - but I already had people on the roof - so I just informed them of the subsequent work and action - but did not contest their bill and planned on paying it in full. This was when they went the extra mile - with proof of the removal of the refrigerant - they only charged me for the work they should've done! Without me asking for it!

Providing good service is the cornerstone of a business, but taking responsibility and making things right when you make a mistake - that's when you see the true character of a person or business. Kudos to everyone I've interacted with at Just Air, I'm sure I'll be using you again.

Julio came out to service my AC and he was very detailed and knowledgeable. He explained what he did, checked on warranty status, made recommendations, and made an honest quote for the repair. This company has great employees and does quality work.

REEIS installed a new A/C a few years ago, and the process and installation went smoothly. Everyone we dealt with was very professional and helpful. Pinon Air is not notch. The company that my warranty company sent to install a new A.C. unit did such a terrible job that after 2 months, I ended up with significant water damage due to improper installation. I hired Pinon Air and paid out of pocket because warranty co. denied my claim and I can't say enough how happy I am with Yogi. He was professional, communicated with me, sent me before and after pictures. Quoted me a price and stuck by that quote even though it took him longer than anticipated to correct the mess. I will continue to use his company.

2nd time using Howard air. Their techs are knowledgable and trust worthy not parts slammers . Pricing is competitive I signed up for their maintenance plan and look forward to getting my coils cleaned and RTU checked out. I would recommend Howard air.
