Great company, very professional. we had 2- 5 ton units installed in May. The drain line and pan malfunctioned on one and we had water damage to our ceiling. I called them on Sunday evening, they arrived at 7am the next morning. They replaced the pan, repaired the line and repaired the drywall by noon. Its like it never happened! Not to mention, the original job was thousands less than the competition! They were easy to work with and good to their word, I will never use another company.

We have used Day & Night many times through the years. They have installed 2 new air conditioners and serviced them many times. They have also done a lot of plumbing work for us. We have always been satisfied with their work. Last week we turned our AC on for the first time and one of the units did not work. Junior came and diagnosed the problem and quickly got it working. He has been to our house before and has always done a great job. I highly recommend this company.

We first used Benefit Air approximately 6 years ago for a service call. It was determined that the unit needed replacement. Not the news you want to hear when the house was purchased the previous year. We had a smooth replacement, communication and professionalism were top notch. We have also continued to utilize their maintenance package. This consistes of a spring and fall check up. A representative would call and schedule a convenient time and a tech would arrive to complete the service, every time went smoothly. Alien Air Conditioning and Heating recently installed a new AC unit at my condo and I'm extremely happy and 110% satisfied with the exceptional customer service provided throughout the process. Accessing the AC unit was not the easiest task, as the unit was located on the second floor with a very steep pitched roof and a parapet wall. The team were experts in performing the highest quality service given the challenges. They went above and beyond ensuring my smart thermostat was properly installed, replaced air filters with higher quality filters, and provided me with great preventative maintenance advice. Yogi is one of the most respectful, honest contractors I've ever met. He let you know what he's doing and why he is doing it. Takes pictures before and after. If he feels you need something extra, he explains why. He's very clean doesn't leave nothing behind. If you need any kind of air conditioning work I highly recommend Yogi.

My experience with Arcadia air has been very unprofessional since the second I spoke to that lady on the phone. She had no information to give me, the workers did not show up on time. Michael and his assistant were completely unknowledgeable and kept saying they didn’t know how to rectify the issue. Michael was also rude to my elderly father. Almost as if he was impatient, while my father was trying to understand what was going on. We definitely consider another air-conditioning company that has been in town a lot longer.
