We just had Barrett install a new faucet and garbage disposal in our kitchen. He did an outstanding job. Besides being extremely pleasant he was very knowledgeable and very neat. We will use him for future plumbing and AC needs!

Manny was prompt, made a quick and accurate assessment, fixed the problem quickly, and was pleasant and professional throughout. I was quite impressed.

GREAT team of professionals, fast, friendly and reasonable prices.

I just moved into our new home and found that our master bedroom was much warmer than the rest of the home. I needed an extra vent in that room and they did the job within a week at a great price. The room is now comfortable and the same temp as the rest of the house.

I highly recommend them, straight answers and they won't try to sell you anything you don't need.

Michael Lane did a wonderful job figuring out the issue we were having. It was a tougher fix (we had multiple units that I wasn’t very familiar with being that we moved in recently) but he patiently worked and kept us updated as he went along the process. He found the problem and got it completely fixed. It turns out a rodent had gotten to some wires on my units. I was very grateful for the quality service. And my family is thankful that we can carry out everyday life again with a comfortable cool temperature in the house. He’s a great representation of Goettl.

SG Mechanical is the company that feels like a neighbor. They are a company that treats you like they care about you - not as a customer but as a person. Andy with SG Mechanical is an honest hardworking family man. He was personally involved with my job (replacing 2 systems) from the first day to the last. He was not some mystery man in an office. He was onsite, interacting and answering all my questions directly. I have dealt with many other licensed companies, where you feel like another number on a spreadsheet. There were several complications with my job (NOT SG Mechanical's fault), Andy stepped up beyond any reasonable expectation to help me get them resolved. He sacrificed his own time to help get my issues resolved.
If you like to support local businesses, earning an honest living doing honest work, you can't beat SG Mechanical. He does not have any Melvin's at his company, but he also does not need to spend $$$$$$ to communicate that on TV (that the customers pay for). SG Mechanical is built on integrity and word of mouth, I am proud to write this review and would highly recommend them to anyone.

My A/C went out last night after business hours, called the office and left message figuring I would have to call back in the morning when office was open - 10 minutes after leaving message, I received a call back from AZ PerfectComfort from a very friendly and helpful dispatcher (sorry, I didn't catch her name) & she got me scheduled for 1st thing in the morning. James, my technician showed up on time and had my system up and running quickly! Very knowledgeable, professional, friendly and punctual! Everything seemed to go okay until the end of the visit when they try to sell us on a simple $65 capacitor for over $250. Which then was just a sales tactic to try and get us to get a maintenance plan for our unit.

Pretty disappointed honestly... they didn't enter the Attic fully to check the duct work properly. (Which was the main reason for our call for air balancing)

Much less expensive competitors for what was provided on evaluation.

Great service at a great price and the job was done quickly! Gave a great price compared to the company we had started the job with and was upfront about everything with no surprises. Saul was great guy who explained everything he was going to do and also let me know of the things that were not needed that the other company tried to sell us. Overall this was a 10 out of 10 experience. Future customer for sure!
