They came to my home today to conduct an audit/inspection for SRP (yes, they were vetted by SRP and APS) and they were just out of this world! (See what I did there?) Not only did they move their schedule around to accomodate me, they showed up on time, with huge smiles on their faces (THANK YOU ROBERT AND CHRIS!) and came with a humongous wealth of knowledge. I know absolutely NOTHING about energy efficiency, HVAC units, insultation, duct work/returns... ad infinitum... They explained EVERYTHING in a way I could understand, and then were kind enough to wait around for my fella to get home so they could explain everything to him as well when I said, I know I am going to screw up everything you are saying... They are just kind, honest and hardworking and I could not be more grateful! I will always and forever use them for all of my AC/duct work/energy efficiency quests and I will always refer them to my friends and family. Finding honest, hardworking, affordable companies in this day and age is usually an exercise in futility. Especially in the home repair arena. We have discovered finding honest repair men is TOUGH. Lincoln Air provides great products and service. They removed my ancient A/C systems from two buildings on the property, including old air handlers, duct work and even a hefty water heater from the attic that appears to have been there since the house was built over 100 years ago. They installed Mitsubishi mini-splits throughout, and have effectively maintained them. When we discovered an installation leak (mistakes happen), they owned up to it and did the repair on their nickel. So... good products, good service, good warranty. I'm a happy camper and they the man!

I had a great experience with Comfort One Air Conditioning! Our a/c unit needed replacing. Comfort One responded immediately and got us on the schedule for a new unit. I also had them add an additional vent into one of our rooms. The crew that came out to the house showed up promptly when scheduled and they were very professional. They also followed up with us to let us know we were getting a rebate. Every person I interacted with was very nice, professional, and went out of their way to give us a great experience!
