Robert repaired 4 things at different times: replaced outdoor spigot after I broke it. This was a rush job since the water was turned off. ; replaced toilet ring after the seal broke and helped clean up the leak mess; replaced copper piping and fixed valve for the swamp cooler; and repaired/replaced old lead pipe drain from bath upstairs. All of the repairs were done as quickly as possible and professionally. He is also a nice guy, polite, professional and will go above and beyond to get your plumbing back to working order. I will definitely use his services again and recommend Quick Fix to anyone .

This review is overdue. We've relied on Sav-On Plumbing for repairs and upgrades for a couple of years. Their customer service is always outstanding. They are easy to schedule, show up promptly, and consistently do an excellent job. I highly recommend them.

Update-Absolutely highly recommend this contractor! Initially after needing Miles to get my unit up and running, I then started the project of getting quotes to have the unit replaced. Because of the great customer service I received from the service call and their excellent pricing, I decided to go with SG for the replacement. Kyle did an excellent job installing as well as leaving everything neat afterwards! He was very professional (like all SG staff I encountered) and answered my questions and had the office person call me and explain the next steps for registering, etc. I am so very impressed with their level of customer service which is hard to come by these days! Reeis does not follow through on their warranty service. I have been trying to get my bathroom fan fixed, as well as my AC fixed since October and they keep cancelling. Now they won’t even return my calls to schedule service. The builder has been trying to contact them also with no luck.

They do a great job! I called in to get my AC (air conditioning) repaired, and Jessica was very friendly and professional. The previous company came out and were not able to finish the job without trying to charge me thousands of dollars. She explained the process and made me feel comfortable. I spoke to the tech before he came out and he let me text photos of the potential issue over the phone. He gave me a quote and explained over the phone what he believed the problem much better than the company that actually came out to my property!
