They were incredibly fast and able to replace our broken HVAC system in between our guests’ stays. They were great at communicating with us quickly and with care. Their warranty is also excellent. They weren’t the cheapest but they had the best overall package of service and warranty. I would highly recommend them to anyone.

Replaced 20 year old 5 ton unit. Was worried about potential roof damage and length of installation. They showed up on time, finished in a day and not a mark on the roof! Could not ask for more.

Cody and Kirkland did an excellent job yesterday installing our new AC in Sun City.
In spite of the big setback from the salesman's mistakes, they did a fabulous job.

I have used Ace twice and Stuart was my technician both times, the service is incredible. I appreciate the honesty from this company, and Stuart to not have me install/ have repairs that aren’t needed. I ask many questions and he is always very patient to explain :) It is hard to find companies you trust, but I truly know I’m in good hands with Ace. I will always request Stuart as my technician for his 5 star personality! If you’re searching for an honorable company, you can definitely trust Ace without worrying ?

Derek arrived and I could immediately see he was very knowledge and experienced in the work that he did. He was the senior tech that we were looking for to replace Tom F. who had been our service tech for 10+ years. He doubled for sales so it made it a great fit when we found out that our unit needed to be replaced. He took very good care of us from start to finish. He will be the only service tech in our home from this point forward. We miss Tom F. but Derek is on the best track so far. 5 Stars for him!!!The next day, Josias arrived at 6:30am to install the new unit. He was professional and quickly noted to be a hard worker. He was pleasurable and quite a gentleman. 5 Stars for him!Jeremy, his teammate, arrived shortly together they seemed to work well together. My only fault with Jeremy was he went into our back yard and lit and smoked a cigarette which permeated the house. 3 Stars for himJosh V. arrived when the trouble started and after being without A/C and being told the unit had a manufactures defect and we had to have a new unit delivered. I lost it and although it was not his fault he caught the brunt of it. The unit was replaced in a prompt time. I have no star rating for him...actually my comments from this point forward would only be about George Brazil itself!We had issues arise that had NOTHING to do with him but totally with George Brazil itself. My faith in George Brazil as a company have completely been altered because of it

We are in the process of getting estimates for a complete Furnace/AC upgrade. George Blitch did a thorough review of our existing system and discussed with us recommendations to complete an upgrade. George explained the process, in detail where necessary, and we were pleased with his delivery. Here’s hoping the estimate is in line with the project, though George seems very ethical and likely knows “You can sheer a sheep hundreds of times, but kill it once”.

Clay and Rigo got it done! They found time to come out quickly and diagnosed the problem as a faulty compressor. Even though the unit was older, they were able to find the original replacement part. Now installed, also new capacitor and coolant in line filter and we are up and running again! Cooling seems better than ever. Good guys to work with too!

Howard air came for a quality inspection after the new installation.
There were 2 men due to the extension ladder needed to check air conditioning.

The team was extremely professional just like the install team and checked what was needed. When they were done they informed all was good and they were leaving.

If I could give 10 stars to Howard Air and the people who work for them I would.
