Here's what I liked. I was sent a picture of the technician, Chad Salerno, via messaging. That was way cool! Just like Uber! Chad was professional and very personable and explained everything in detail. What I didn't like was the 4-hour window (7am-11am) AND to be told that the technician was on his way and he still not show up for another hour. Next time send a message that he's at the front door! I understand that travel here can take TIME, lots of time, but what does on the way mean when it's 8:15am and the technician arrives closer to 10am? Maybe a follow-up on the way after 45 minutes? But again, my thanks to Chad for spending time to explain the services to me and I am now a happy member of ACE Home Services family; at least for the next 3 years!
