Hays was amazing! I used them for the first time yesterday because our AC motor went out! I called and within an hour they had someone out to check it out. The gentleman was professional, knowledgeable, and so friendly! Highly recommend.

Scott Koches was cordial and performed a fast and thorough maintenance on our A/C unit. Will be calling again next summer or if we have any issues.

Ryan was knowledgeable of the AC unit and quickly identified two capacitors that needed replacement. I was charged $354.02 for one of the capacitors - I looked for it on line at Granger and they sell it for $19.43 and another replacement for $118.53. I understand a markup of parts, but I will NEVER do business with your company again. My unit is due for replacement and your company will not be considered!

My a/c unit failed yesterday. When I called to inquire about a repair call I was informed they could have someone out the same day! I was very impressed! However due to my schedule I opted for a Next Day appointment.
Andy arrived early in the schedule window and was friendly, knowledgeable and professional. He offered a recommendation on Air Filters only after I asked and did not attempt to sell me any extraneous services or products. THAT was very refreshing. He explained that the problem was the exterior fan motor had failed and what the cost was to repair it. He was done within 40 minutes and my house is finally cooling down again!

It was a very positive experience!

Jaz was very nice and friendly. Once he had authorization to repair the A/C, it took him no time at all. Saved us from these hot and humid temps and saved us from having to go to a hotel. We appreciate the great service. Thank you!

Alien Air Conditioning and Heating recently installed a new AC unit at my condo and I'm extremely happy and 110% satisfied with the exceptional customer service provided throughout the process. Accessing the AC unit was not the easiest task, as the unit was located on the second floor with a very steep pitched roof and a parapet wall. I just listened to a radio entertainer on 92.3 KTAR ,Gaydos and he discussed how an elderly lady should have paid her electric bill and she probably wouldnt have died. Disgusting yes?
In the same breath he advertised your co.pany and used her likeness.
You should pay attention to the people who represent or promote your co.pany.
Does the lady's family know he used her likeness to promote your company?

I've used Parker and Sons twice now for hvac maintenance with the first visit being terrific but the second left me feeling like I've been scammed. During the second visit the repair tech told me that the voltage control unit needs to be replaced and it would cost $414. Thinking that it was a control board I thought the price was reasonable but after the tech finished in 15 minutes and showed me a photo of the old and new replacement unit it looked exactly like a capacitor which cost me $60 the when I had it replaced at my old house. I called the office asking for an itemized receipt and photos of the work so that I could review the charges further but based on the uneasy feeling I have I don't think I'll be requesting further service from them in the future.
