Carter did a great job on my water softener installation. Worked hard for 6 hours straight as it was a big job. Installation looks nice, clean, works well. He was friendly and knowledgeable, and saved me money by finding a better way to route the pipes and do the installation.

North Valley Mechanical is a very good company to call if you need ac help. They brought to my home 2 portable ac units for me to use until
everything was installed.

He arrived at my house in a timely manner, was communicative the entire time he was at my home, fixed my problem and then followed up after he was finished. I will use this company again and again. We were referred to this company through my son in law's boss who had used them for many years. Our old system broke down during extreme heat. Rich came promptly, diagnosed the problem and gave us alternate options for repair. Thankfully, he was able to repair the unit but we requested info on a new system. He explained everything thoroughly with no pressure and provided us with 3 options. We chose one and scheduled installation. Patrick and Tyler were the technicians who installed our system.They arrived on time and worked efficiently, quietly and continuously for 8 hours in extreme heat. Upon completion, they cleaned up and explained our new system and details on the new thermostat. We can say, everyone from this company was extremely knowledgeable and professional and very easy to work with. We would highly recommend Expert HVAC in the future.

In June 2022, I had Goettl install a 4 ton A/C unit on my home roof. All my dealings with them up to and including the install, were pleasant and professional. I let my 180 day window for an inspection run down to the wire and the City of Phoenix did their inspection last week. The inspector noted a couple of minor adjustments needed, confirmation of amperage used and a correction that involved the electric panel. After calling Goettl, I was connected with Tim who was part of the original crew that did my install, he attentively took the information and asked me the best time to send a couple guys out to make the necessary changes/adjustments needed. Manuel & JJ arrived as promised today 12/07/22. They were both professional, respectful and made sure I understood what they had done, shared with me the pictures of changes made and even though minor fixes, these guys were very thorough with the explanation. They even gave me a a care package of sorts, filled with thank you gifts for being their customer! From the person who answers the phone, to the sales person to the installation crew to Manuel & JJ today, the customer service skills of Goettl's employees are stellar. Over three years ago one of our A/C units stopped working. We decided to try a new HVAC company since we hadn't been happy with other companies we've used in the past. We have two A/C units, and the repair that had to be done was the exact same problem we had with the other unit. A&M fixed our broken unit, and the repair was far less then the cost of the first unit we had repaired 6 month earlier. We could not have been happier with their thorough honest work. The repair A&M did extended the life of our A/C's a few more years (which was the hope). Our units are now 20 years old and we've decided to replace them. The first call we made was to A&M Mechanical for a quote on new units :-)

Update-Absolutely highly recommend this contractor! Initially after needing Miles to get my unit up and running, I then started the project of getting quotes to have the unit replaced. Because of the great customer service I received from the service call and their excellent pricing, I decided to go with SG for the replacement. Kyle did an excellent job installing as well as leaving everything neat afterwards! He was very professional (like all SG staff I encountered) and answered my questions and had the office person call me and explain the next steps for registering, etc. I am so very impressed with their level of customer service which is hard to come by these days! I made an appointment with Cactus Mechanical last week to have my AC unit checked/tuned up. I was told they would call me 30 minutes prior to their arrival, so I needed to take a day off work to be home. The day of the appointment arrives and instead of getting a call saying, they were on their way they call to tell me they have to cancel because of a high level of broken AC units.

I completely understand and appreciate they are focused on getting AC units back up and running before doing any regular tune ups. However, they should have called a day earlier to inform me they had to cancel so I did not have to take a day off work.

Potential customers call a day before your service to verify Cactus Mechanical will show up. Otherwise, you may be sitting at home for no reason.
