Our AC unit went out overnight so I placed a call to Hays Cooling Heating & Plumbing at 5:26 AM. By 9 AM on the same morning, Hays sent their AC technician Ideal to my residence. He was professional, knowledgeable and kind. He quickly identified the problem, replaced the broken part and had my AC up and running in about 10 minutes. Ideal did a great job, and I appreciate him going above and beyond for my family.

David Rodriguez was a fantastic service Technician today during our annual HVAC Inspection. He was on-time, communicated his gameplan and intentions very well, and took the time to easily and adequately explain the repairs that needed to be made. Thank you!

I must say I was upset dealing with my home warranty company and the companies they would call out regarding issues with our heating unit. North valley mechanical was thr third company they sent us. Once they came out and their employee Rashard(spelling?) Brown was amazing! He correctly diagnosed the issue in a matter of minutes. They are not one for b.s.ing the customer. Amazing company

Technician was very knowledgeable and explained everything he did and took pictures of meter readings and of work while in the process of doing the maintenance on the unit.

The ac in my store wasn’t working . I gave them a call and they so professional and willing . With hours were able to get our AC backing out working and they so professional and let us do our thing well they did their thing .It was a great experience working with them

My air conditioning went out first thing in the morning today. I called at 7:02 am and had a tech, Adam, arrived just 1 hour later. He was quick to diagnose the issues and was very clear in explaining all the things he was doing. Best part was the price...no trip charge and he only charged for what he did. Awesome experience.

It was more than a Good experience . . . it was Great! During the initial visit, Kevin diagnosed the problem and also figured out a temporary solution until the replacement part could be ordered and installed. Later, the owner called me personally to let me know the part was in and would be installed soon. Jesus and Chris arrived for the replacement and were efficient, friendly and left the work area clean. So thankful for the great customer service and expertise! I highly recommend this company!

My AC broke During a heat wave and they came out within an hour. He was Friendly and professional and showed me the readings from our broken AC part.

Had a different company out for a general service. Everything was working great at the time. I just wanted to make sure everything was inline for the summer. They gave me a list of about $1500 worth of repairs. I sent them packing. My neighbor told me to call Cactus Mechanical for a second opinion. I'm glad I did. They came out and serviced the unit. The tech was very nice and professional. He found that the unit was working properly and only needed 1 of the 5 parts that the other company said. I am very happy I called them as I might have blindly spent $1500 for parts I didn't need. I ended up spending just a little over $200 for the service and repair. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND.

These folks are the BEST. Started with a great salesman MIKE he was patience, knowledgeable and most important HONEST. Installers Andrew and Scott were on time, very personable answered all questions and were a pleasure to deal with. Did a perfect job of cleaning up after installation. Day & Night have a sterling reputation and they have lived up to it. I got more for the money with Day & Night than some of the companies than advertise heavily. James and his team are fantastic!! My a/c went out at the end of August, of course! James came over immediately and assessed the situation and gave me the best quote out of four.
