Fast service, they came out the next day and even earlier than I had expected. Matt, the technician worked hard to resolve my plumbing issue. I was very pleased.

I have been using this company for years for maintenance of my air conditioning system. Recently I had to replace my system and everyone in the company was extremely kind, informative, professional and patient during this whole process. It was a very large investment like we all know but now my home is good for many years to come.

Have a plumbing issue. They sent someone out who couldn't figure out the issue and told me they'd send someone first thing in the morning to inspect the line.No one called in the morning. I called them. They told me they'd call me back. No one called me back. I called again, they said they'd get me in next, then called and said they'd schedule me in the next day.Now I'm stuck with a plumbing issue and no help.Edit: Just some more information - They charged me nearly $400 to snake a drain, had me remove a toilet to try to snake it, and never actually fixed the problem.They overcharged and under-delivered and REFUSED to even give me an estimate over the phone when I called to have them come over.The company that ended up helping me charged $80 and actually resolved the issue.Do not recommend.

Hobaica is the best! I purchased a new HVAC 2 years ago and yesterday noticed something was off. I called after hours and was able to speak with Scott Dale. He was incredibly professional and helpful. He gave me accurate time updates and I decided to wait to have a tech come out the next day. Hobaica said the tech would arrive between 12p-4p and he arrived right at 12pm with a 30 minute warning. I was thrilled to see it was Scott Dale who showed up! He was super friendly, helpful and professional. He diagnosed the problem quickly. Unfortunately the problem was outside of his control and I am now waiting on the manufacturer Bosch. Scott gave me advice on what to do in the meantime to ensure I am comfortable while I wait for the manufacturer to fix the issue. I would highly recommend Hobaica to anyone looking for a new HVAC. When I had the unit installed 2 years ago, I shopped around and now I know I made the right choice!

Trey is one in a million, He called me ahead of time to let me know he will be at my house in 30 min or less, and he showed up on time! He was super nice to my 2 dogs :) Trey is a very professional technician, he knew the project that needed to get done and finished in a timely manner. Technician Michael Olson is absolutely wonderful. He was warm, friendly and very thorough in answering all my questions…both times he was at my house. He explained the problem with my unit in layman’s terms and Michael has a demeanor that made me trust what he was telling me. Goettl is fortunate to have him as an employee and I’m fortunate that he was the technician that was assigned to my initial service call and again the next day to complete the service. 5 stars for Goettl and 10 stars for Michael!!

After filing a home warranty for a failed air conditioning system I was contacted by Valley's Best Heating and Air Conditioning. The entire process was effortless as it combined an online warranty claim, a quick and polite phone call from Valley's Best Heating and Air Conditioning, which resulted in a new condenser motor installed by technician Elmer. Our condensing unit is 25 years old and we were concerned that it might be time to replace it. Overall the process was a pleasure and I am glad the Elmer was the service tech. Elmer was professional and polite. Luckily he had the correct size condenser fan motor on his truck. The only downside was that he had to cut down the motor shaft-which just took him more time (in the hot sun) to complete that task, but no gripes from us for that! Thanks for the hard work Elmer! He also had to replace a capacitor for said fan. I don't know if it was luck but our brand air conditioner, Trane, happened to be the same brand that Valley's Best Heating and Air Conditioning sells, installs and services. Maybe that was why he had the correct fan motor and capacitor on his truck? Either way we're happy to have our air conditioning system up and running again. Quite satisfied with the service provided from the sales person, customer service representative, to the plumber who was dispatched. I had a water conditioning unit installed and the work was impressive. The plumber had his mask on, shoe covering, and left the work space neat. I have a request to do some electrical work and I look forward to it.

System installed when our AC went out in June. Team was professional and thorough even with extreme heat. Follow up by Andy a year later to ensure all was working well. Highly recommend SG Mechanical.

Had a different company out for a general service. Everything was working great at the time. I just wanted to make sure everything was inline for the summer. They gave me a list of about $1500 worth of repairs. I sent them packing. My neighbor told me to call Cactus Mechanical for a second opinion. I'm glad I did. They came out and serviced the unit. The tech was very nice and professional. He found that the unit was working properly and only needed 1 of the 5 parts that the other company said. I am very happy I called them as I might have blindly spent $1500 for parts I didn't need. I ended up spending just a little over $200 for the service and repair. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND.

I collected many bids for replacing the A/C heat pump package for my home.  I found Francisco Marquez of King Mechanical to be the most competitive.  I don't usually take the lowest bid, but  when he came out to my home I felt more comfortable with him than any other vendor.  There was no pushiness.  He was very informative.  I purchased a nest thermostat and he installed it when he installed my A/C system.  He even taught me how to use this high tech stuff, and didn't ask to get paid for that.  Very clean work, and very professional.  His price was all inclusive, and there were no hidden fees.
Even though his business is relatively new, he advised me he has worked many years in this profession.  I got a good review from the board of registered contractors when I called to inquire about his company.

Just Air replaced our A/C unit several years back and they were fantastic. Would definitely recommend them. Very professional and courteous. Technicians are great! Danielle is so sweet and always willing to work with my work schedule when we need technicians to come out for our A/C and heater maintenance.
