Had a wonderful experience, they were able to come out the same day and for a great price! Had my ac issue worked out in 20 minutes, James was very professional and even took the time to educate us on the issue.

They gave us our options of replacing the entire unit ( with different models) or replacing the compressor, capicitor, etc, all the while explaining the pros and cons of our options. Very professional with no pressure to make one choice or the other. In a scam-ridden industry, full of charlatans and incompetent bozos, it's refreshing to work with a company you can trust.

I went through Home Depot, and they contract with Parker and Sons. The salesperson came out on a Wednesday. Reviewed our options, got financing, and all was installed by Thursday evening (24 hours from sales meeting to completed install!)While they were slightly more expensive than other quotes, I received a lifetime warranty, and they did a phenomenal job. They even arranged to have insulation added to my attic and have a crew come out and fix the drywall they had to remove to fit the air handler into my attic.

One of my AC units stopped blowing cold air. The AC units I purchased from George Brazil (their premium AC units) were installed back on 07/2021 are practically brand new yet the largest of the two stopped working. For this to happen in such a short amount of time, I was upset. This being a hot spring day in Arizona, I called George Brazil twice and filled out online form to get immediate assistance. The first call was before they opened, and I was treated less than respectful and with no urgency. The second time I called, when they were open, I had a great experience and had someone out there in less than 6 hours.An individual came, and his name was Matt. He provided exceptional service, got me up and running temporarily till he could order a part. He came back with help on the following Tuesday to fix the issue. In addition to working in the heat, he helped me understand what the issue was and had happened and I was thankful for that.Matt was extremely knowledgeable, courteous, and friendly. This was needed especially with the situation at hand with the AC unit being practically new. Matt displayed great confidence in the resolution to the issue. He explained what the issue was, what could have caused it and how to fix it.If I could, I would like to request him for each call I make to George Brazil. These are the type of people that make George Brazil great and this is the type of service I would share with my family and friends that need new equipment or repairs. There was another individual with him, I did forget his name, that assisted him. He too was extremely helpful and displayed a lot of knowledge to the issue at hand. He also was courteous and friendly. Both he and Matt provided a great service that I am thankful for and worked really hard at repairing the unit.I would like to recognize them both for a job well done and I hope they both get the recognition they deserve!

Excellent expertise and service. Daniel came out to diagnose flow issues and a dying 5-Ton package unit. From the professionalism and conversation I had with him and going through options, we opted to utilize Preferred over 8+ other vendors we received quotes from. As someone who spent time in the trades, the company you pick is more important than the equipment or cost.

We opted to go with Preferred over other lower offers due to the experience. Daniel worked with us on 10 different simulations for the issues in our house, and then when the unit died during a heatwave he quickly pivoted and was able to get our house in AZ up and running with a unit. The workmanship was outstanding, and I felt extremely secure in entering into such a large purchase with Preferred.

We look forward to working with them from here on other modifications to the house. Would highly recommend to anyone, you can't beat honest and high caliber professionalism.

He was extremely thorough with his inspection and explained what the problems were and what we needed very simply. He installed the new unit quickly which we were very grateful for because it was starting to get hot here. We are so happy with the service we received during the install. The guys were honest, hardworking and they went above and beyond to make sure we were happy and taken care of. I would recommend them to anyone!

Woke up at 2 AM with a broken AC, and in july AZ thats horrible! Called Patrick Riley around 4 AM and they scheduled someone to come out between 7-11, impressivly someone was there right at 7. They sent me a pic of who i was expecting as well. Oliver was very nice and professional and has my house cooling down within 30 minutes!! Me and my animals were Very appreciative!! Will def be using them for the future!!

There’s no more serious a home problem than the AC going down in the AZ summer. My wife looked to me for answers so I called these pros. They showed up and within 15 minutes diagnosed our AC problems and solved the problem. When they left, I told my wife that I fixed the problem and she looked at me like a hero. That’s right.
