Best Furnace Installations in Phoenix AZ

You installed an AC unit for us last year and I signed up to join your Club and you sent a very nice plumber to attend to our problem. However, you gave us a an outrageous quote of $669 (supposedly after a 10% discount) to replace the cartridge in our shower valve. When I asked for a breakdown of the price between parts and labor, your staff refused and said it was a fixed price. In response, I declined to accept your quote. Tell your owner that if he treats his customers this way, he's wasting his money on all the advertising he does. We customers are not stupid.

The tech was INCREDIBLY helpful and informative!!!! They saved me $1200.00! Not only did he explain what they (as techs) were seeing with the cold temps out here but educated me in such a professional and engaging way! After speaking with him about the unit, it sounds like they get tons of continuous training! We had another company come in before them. Larson (the other company) charged $120 service fee (1st choice was less than half). Then the Larson tech told us we needed to do 1 of 2 unnecessary and very expensive services…
1st Choice didn’t try to push anything unnecessary on me and when he didn’t find anything that needed service, he said so.
I am a female and was home alone. The tech James did an amazing job of making me feel comfortable with him in the house. He waiting to be invited any further into the house and to be shown the unit.
I was floored at how great this service call was. AMAZING WORK!

Technician Dennis was wonderful, spoke in terms that I was able to understand and not industry jargon. Overall as perfect a interaction as it gets and I have already passed on his information and the companies to a friend needing service. While I'm thankful no issues were detected if I ever needed a repair I will call and feel confident honesty would be given.

Travis was AMAZING! The whole team is truly helpful. Travis came out to see why our heater wasn’t working then came back to replace a part and clean the system. During the initial consultation, the entire staff was very responsive making sure there was someone coming out to our home. BONUS POINTS that this was also during the week of Christmas when things are usually just busier yet they still were able to get us into their schedule. We greatly appreciate the hard work the entire team did, especially Travis. He gave good attention to detail and was very knowledgeable. I’d recommend him in a heartbeat!

Phil arrived promptly, explained what he was going to do as a part of our VIP AC warranty, performed all necessary checks, and finished with written recommendations for continued care for our air conditioner. When it finally went out, they lended us portable AC units while we located the right unit. Installation took only a half day. The staff was competent, friendly, and fast. When we had questions, the owner is always eager to help. The one year maintenance check was smooth and gave us continued confidence that Preferred Air was the right choice for our home. We strongly recommend them.

Mark was a little late. I only mention that because he called to let us know. That was very much appreciated and showed professionalism. He asked questions, examined our AC units and diagnosed the problem in just a few minutes. Then made the repair in no time and explained what he did. Even though this was covered under our home warranty, the price was reasonable. Thanks to our experience with Mark, I highly recommend this company.

I INITIALLY USED THIS COMPANY LAST SUMMER TO REPLACE MY HVAC THEY WERE WONDERFUL .MOST RECENTLY I ARRIVED HOME AT 8:00PM TO FIND MY AC NOT WORKING CALLED &LEFT MSG ON THEIR PHONE. WAS CALLED NEXT DAY @7:30 AM[SATURDAY] THEY SCHEDULED ME FOR SAME DAY CALL. IF THAT ISNT GREAT SERVICE I DONT KNOW WHAT IS NOT ONLY DID THEY FIX MY A C THEY CHANGED MY FILTERS THEY ARE GREAT I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THEM

The technician was very nice, we had him come out for a diagnostic. The gentleman told us our motor blower went out and it would $1300 for repair. When we had our family come out to replace the $300 motor. Turns out the transformer was bad and our motor was completely fine. Unfortunately we paid $120 for a false diagnosis. Glad we didn’t pay the $1300 and did more investigating ourself.

Gerald and his crew kept me informed and I never had to wonder if or when they would arrive. Follow-through and responsiveness to questions regarding the work was quick and easy. The crew conducted themselves in a professional manner.
