She called right back to discuss options. I received email with multiple bids and all the pictures she promised. Will be using them again soon!

Our ac went out at my personal home and Frank was quick to respond. We literally had a new ac installed the next morning. Then a few days later my business ac went down and Frank assessed it quickly. great well organized team here and I am looking forward to working with them in the future. Comfort 1 AC is great. Taps came out to to look at a Nest thermostat that I installed but the AC unit was short cycling. I called and spoke with Jessica and she set me up with an appointment.

Taps was punctual and knowledgeable about Air conditioning thermostats and air conditioning repair. He had the AC at our Tempe house working in less than an hour. If you need air conditioning repair or servicing, I highly recommend you call Comfort 1 AC!

We called for the water line to be hooked up to refrigerator and the technician followed the line to fine our reverse osmosis system was leaking under the sink and there was a large puddle of water in the cabinet. Technician was very professional and removed the system as per request and rebooked everything back up as well as the refrigerator water line and the hot and cold water lines that were beginning to leak. Very professional and did a excellent job.

Andrew was very thorough and kept in touch throughout entire visit by texting what was going on while on the roof. Explained everything clearly and understandable. We appreciate his great customer service and even brought our trash can in from the curb!! Thank you Andrew!!

We got an AC checkup done, technician was 3 hours late for appointment with no call. A couple of repairs were needed, the boot was torn at the roof line. The guy left without giving us an estimate, said he would call back but never did. I ended up getting on the roof and sealing it myself. A business that fails to get back with their customers is written off in my book. Also, I would have gladly paid them for the repairs. Not good to leave money on the table like that.

The service tech showed up at the appointment time and went right to work servicing our AC/heater unit. He was professional and went over the results of the inspection with me. The whole service call was completed in one hour. I am very happy with the services provided and highly recommend this company to my friends.

Called Heat Slayer because our ac did not start cooling… he happened to be in the area after a previous job, came over and worked for 4 hours getting our system running. We have a great ac, but there happens to be a manufacturing flaw. Richard and Nick kept me informed and we are now on cool mode! ?! They did work for me in the past, and I plan to use them for any other ac work! Oh, they also installed a split unit a couple of years ago!
