The experience knowledge, and proffessioanlism of the installers David & Donovan was very much appreciated ...they showed up early on the day of installation ready to go, worked hard and cleaned up after themselves as they worked. I did not have a good experience with this company experience with this company at all!! They showed up late and I had to let them use my cut off wheel on my millwhaee grinder because there tool broke on the first window ugh only 2 employees showed up and they didn't have a clue! I had to baby sit them on the whole job and I took a day off for it the sliding door still works like garbage and I am still waiting for the kitchen window screen ugh just not happy with the the quality of work and the Windows did not fit good at all after they custom measured it months before and took a deposit for this so not happy

I had a great experience with True View they replaced two of our windows. Both Brody & Dylan were on time a super professional and explained everything that they would be doing during their install. I would most definitely use them again.

valley wide glass should be a.k.a the ROCKSTARS of the everything glass world. homeowners, or industrial project managers; especially those of us in the building maintenance field are always hoping to have a contractor deliver on his word in both quality and time deliverence. these guys a SOLID in every angle and degree! i fully appreciate that i can step aside and move forward with my work knowing that they will reperesent myself and our company with professionalism and integrity towards our tenants. thank you valleywide for always being on time and on point! stars are earned and your team earns them all!

Best company ever!! Alex did a security door for me and I love it!! His professionalism his customer service his quality of work everything is just exceptional! Wish I could do more than just 5 stars. Decided to put some Sun screens on a couple of windows of my house and I definitely will have him do them.

Made appointment- Clayton the tech came on time very nice and helpful, told us to get the pillars for the sides and retainer its better when fixing older car (2012 mini cooper S convertible). Everything went great till I called the office to reschedule the appointment ( wait on the pillars) got to talk to Heather- she has no clue how to handle customers she lies and had the nurves to call back the following week and asked for my husband who she never dealt with acted like we didn't speak before and she told me the owner doesn't feel comfortable doing bs with us ??
With all the glass repairs/ replacement companies out there HEATHER LEARN ABOUT CUST SERVICE.

I don’t know if anyone else has had a problem finding contractors who are HONEST and do high QUALITY work without absolutely gouging on the price but I certainly have had that problem during my time in Arizona. From missed appointments to extremely poor communication throughout the process of home improvement projects, I feel like I have experienced all of the worst things...

That is until I found Tacheny Exteriors! They recently helped me with a roofing project and I must say I totally underestimated them (even to the point of being rude to them at the beginning of the process because of previous negative experiences with other contractors- sorry about that!). Not only were they prompt, professional, and proficient but they even helped consult me on a few things that would have been unnecessary expenses which kept more money in my bank account.

I highly recommend this company to anyone who has had less than stellar experiences in the past- they will show you what it’s like to truly be a valued customer!

While out of town, a window broke at my tenants' rental, Roberto showed up and fixed the damage on his word. I paid him a day later as agreed, but the point being you rarely get a contractor to lift a finger without immediate payment. Much respect for R&J Glass, honest people are hard to find.

My house is like part of the family, so when it comes to any sort of home repairs I always thoroughly research all my options to ensure I find the best choice. After a referral from a high school buddy & some additional research, I found Phoenix Roofing to be the best roofers in town! The consultation was quick & easy, I was able to browse samples & have all my questions answered. The price was more than fair & the overall quality of work was exceptional. I was super impressed with the crew’s work ethic & cleanliness. In conclusion, I give Phoenix Roofing 5/5 stars & would use them again. You can trust them with your home’s roof & will not be disappointed.

Giovanni did it again! Second vehicle I have taken to this place and 5 stars all around. Speedy response, professional service, friendly demeanor, very knowledgeable and great price. As the summers here heat up and if you're looking for a tint job, you will not be disappointed to take it here. I promise you that! Also as a prior customer, the last tint Giovanni did on my previous vehicle stayed in mint condition! It never peeled or bubbled up. It was an older Jeep model that I took out to all climate weathers, handled the AZ summer heat and all the other factors! Never had an issue with it, so when I traded my vehicle, it was a NO BRAINER to take it back to Omar’s Window Tinting again. Would recommend to all my friends and family!

We have had Imperial Windows & Sunscreens install Sunscreens and now new windows and doors on our home. Before hiring John the first time I did get several bids on sunscreens and they were very competitive, however what sold me was John, his pride in his business and their products is very evident. We didn't even get bids when we put in new windows and doors because we knew that John would get the job done right.

John and his crew are always professional, respectful and a pleasure to do business with. We have had great experiences with them over the last 2 years and highly recommend them to all our family and friends.

Purchased windows for 2 homes. Nice windows, but when one of the casement windows needed adjustment to close. They never came out to fix. Its been a year of phone calls, they just blame manufacturers. So also needed a new crank and screen which at one point i offered to pay even though they said they were guaranteed for life. Their guarantee is worthless.There costumer service is non existant.Jeff the owner still doesn't have the balls to call me back to even try to make things right. I wish i never purchased from them.

Amazing work done done by their top-notch roofer Chris. Sealed the leaks and straightened out the loose tiles and used a very cool colored caulk on the mud caps that matches the color of my house. Well done Chris and Castile Roofing

I have used Window World for a Sliding Glass door and 4 window replacements. I have been very satisfied with their service and the quality of the product. The price is also quite a bit less than the big box Home stores. Very Satisfied

I just had shutters installed yesterday and I am more pleased than I thought I could be with these shutters! They are a nice upgrade to any home and you cannot beat the wholesale prices! I will definitely be ordering more soon for the rest of my bedrooms. Thank you to the installers who were very professional and did a fantastic job with installation.
