Wow, when I look for a company there are three things I look for. First one is how ethical they are, inside and out. Second, is what’s the customer service like. Last but not least what kind of service do they provide.I will tell you Custom Plumbing reaches above and beyond my expectation I was blown away to see the service and great attitudes all around.Truely a great company! We had a major leak with water coming through the wall and onto the carpet. Parker and Sons came out asap, found the leak caused by a cracked drain. The next day Dean came out, did the major repair, including busting out the slab and doing a great job on the repair. They are not cheap. But did an excellent job.

Toilet was clogged. Apache Plumbing addressed the concern quickly and Ben was just wonderful! Thank You!

Simon was incredible! Our drain clogged on Christmas Eve (of course!) and we were worried about finding a plumber that could come same-day. I quickly read through reviews and gave Simon a call. He was here within an hour and fixed the problem, explaining things throughout the service. Highly recommend!

All Hours Plumbing came out to our house 9/25/2022 to repair the emergency drain on our washing machine after it came unseated, resulting in some water leaking through the floor. The technician was great, responded immediately and replaced/ sealed the new drain. After the tech left, I later tested the seal that night by pouring a small amount of water in the drain pan and the water leaked through the same path once more. I called the company back and the tech said he would be out the next morning at 10am sharp to reseal the drain and or do some additional work we discussed.

This is where the 1 star review comes in, the tech never showed up, zero communication text, call etc. When attempting to call either the Google company number or tech we had communicated previously with, I received a prompt that the number had call restrictions and is unable to complete my call (The Company appeared to have blocked both our numbers). Mind you these were the same numbers we were regularly communicating on the prior two days. Even stranger, I called each number back from a separate phone and it went through no problem.

Managed to speak with Ashley at the -2615 number and she offered no explanation and said she would look into it. Had to call her back hours later to find out she had spoken with the tech and he stated I refused water service, issued me a refund and told me to find another plumber. I never refused any service, never asked for a refund and instead was under the impression i would be paying them for additional work as the tech and I discussed.

Overall bad experience, unprofessional, poor communication. There are plenty of other plumbing companies in the valley to choose from. To the owner, please don't bother responding to this review, the opportunity to make the situation right has since passed.

9/29/2022 Update in response to owners reply:
The initial replacement of the drain was completed as recommended by the tech, no problem that was great, happily paid. I did not demand anything of the tech the following day, simply called the tech the same night (recorded calls will verify this to be true) and noted it was still leaking after a small test and he mentioned he could come out the next day and reseal or we could opt for the outfitting of a different drain and fasten it to the floor from underneath.

9/27/2022, the tech confirmed that he would be out at 10am on 9/28/2022 to replace the drain and fasten to the floor (new job, agreed to pay for this). I never demanded anything, asked for a refund, nor refused to pay for any service; only asked if there was any flexibility on pricing for the additional work. I don’t appreciate the accusation that I am defaming anyone, get your information straight.

Extremely satisfied with Somers Plumbing. I had a leak that had been going on for over a year and was quoted thousands of dollars to fix (other plumbers said I had to rip out the tub, change plumbing in the wall, redo the tile, etc). Somers identified the issue which ended up being a simple fix. It is hard to find honest contractors and I am so happy with his service. I will be using him for all of my future plumbing needs. Highly recommended!

Long wait for service call to be scheduled, which I was okay with given the 5-Star rating on-line. However, day of scheduled service call, I called to confirm appointment and was told we were thrid on the list and plumber was already at call #2 at 9:00 a.m. (had an approximate 12:00 p.m. appointment time). However, at 2:00 p.m. still no word. Called back and was told the plumber forgot to come to our house and he was in Gladewater, but would come to our house next. We were also told that we should not expect plumber to arrive at any certain time. When we called back to get an explanation and cancelled our appointment, the lady was very rude and hung up on my husband. Will not call again for future repairs!

DO NOT CALL CHAS ROBERTS! We purchased our new home in April of 2020 and our A/C unit stopped working. Our builder told us to call Chas Roberts to have them fix the problem. We had to agree to an $85 trip charge and wait three days for our tech. The tech notified us that there was no refrigerant and said that he needed to perform a leak test. This test costed $200. He performed the test and found that the leak was at a loose fitting connected to the A/C compressor. He said that the refrigerant and labor was not covered under warranty and that it was going to cost $800. I explained to him that this was ridiculous. He went from saying that this is common and then in said that it is rare. He also said that it would cost $500, then changed the cost to $800 in the same sentence. I was so damn confused. This company seems really shady! Do yourself a favor and call someone else. We are out $200 and still don't have a working unit that is less than two years old.

George came over to fix two gas leaks underneath my stove. He was prompt, reasonably priced, and respectful. I would highly recommend and use again. Thank you!

STAY AWAY!!!!!!!! I have been waiting over 6 months for these flakes to show up. No communication unless you call them and even then it takes days for them return your calls.

Its seems like the owner is a one man show and nothing happens without him. That would be great except is about 80 years old!!!

Great service at a honest price, I use Amigo Rooter & plumbing because I know I can count on them to get the job done right the first time. They were able to get the job done when other plumbers failed and said it couldn't be done without expensive dig up and repairs.
