Josh was great to work with. He was professional, punctual, and knowledgeable.I had come home at the tail end of the tune up and Josh took the time to re-explain everything to me after he had just went over it with my husband. He answered all of our questions, gave us different options, and didn’t make us feel pressured.We will definitely be requesting Josh for all of our ac needs.

Over charged - he didn’t know what he was doing / he flooded my kitchen floor and then tried to blame me - sent me a bill for 1300 - actually I should have billed them for damages and wasting my time

Scheduling an appointment was so easy. They estimated ab arrival between 12-3pm but would try to arrive earlier and my technician was here at 10:45! Jordan Kay was my technician and he was great. Professional and courteous, took time to explain everything and made sure to double and triple check that everything was running and I was getting cold A/C before finishing up. I would absolutely work with this company again and hope to have the same friendly technician as well!

I have been using the crew at Scottsdale Air since 2001. There is absolutely no one else in the AC industry that I will work with. They have done all of the system replacements, repairs, and maintenance on all of my properties and I have never once had an issue with them. They will always go out of their way to make sure everything is taken care of. I have been referring them to family and friends for years, and I only wish they did electrical and plumbing too.

Comfort One Air was perfect from start to finish. They were a referral from a customer in the TJ Maxx line who uses them. She was right! From scheduling in the office with Jessica to the arrival of John, the service was spot on. Purchased a new to us home and A/C stopped working. John diagnosed the issues and got it running until a part came in. A/C went out the next day but he hopped right over and found a loose wire and today installed the new fan. Their communication was a breath of fresh air. Comfort One Air is now my go-to company in Phoenix for my HVAC system. Can’t praise them enough!!! I called Parker & Sons after another plumber cancelled due to illness. They came the next day, verified where the leak was and ran a new line to fix the water leak in my bathroom within 5 hours. Also noted that the contractor who removed the vanity and toilet had installed the wrong angle stops, and that they were leaking, and replaced them. Was more costly than the other plumber but the work was done quickly and correctly, everything was explained to me, and everything was cleaned up.

Mick C. and Rodrigo A. were the techs that did the work. George Brazil set the appointment for 8:00 AM and they were here at that time. They placed protectors on the carpet and stairs. They then removed the old unit and placed it outside. I had just replaced the fan motor and requested they save it for me, which they did. Taking the new unit into the home they were very careful about the surrounding area. After the unit was replaced they gave me the paperwork and explained the unit and ask me if I had any questions, which they explained. I highly recommend Mick and Rodrigo for their knowledge and the way they do their work. Also recommend the professional attention I got from George Brazil inspectors. They told me what was wrong and what it would cost to repair the unit. No nickel and dime pricing and telling me what a great price they were giving me. Mick C and Rodrigo A are highly recommend for the work they do and the way they treated me .

Brandon & Michael were impressive. Not only did they expediently & courteously take care of the hot water tank & plumbing needs, they presented sufficient & readily-understandable information, and as a result, we are now the owners of the Watchman Water Filtration system. We look forward to being a regular' Patrick Riley customer.

Responded within 3 hours to my home and worked on the system to make it operational and then ordered the necessary parts to correct the problem permanently. I was made to feel like I was really important and not like that they were somehow just doing me a favor. Thanks to the whole Adams Family!

The installation crew for our new HVAC system were awesome! Carlos and cezar are so professional, they arrived on time and they were very meticulous in taking care of what they were doing. They clean up after themselves and answered all my questions thoroughly. And Hector was also fantastic with the information he provided and the quote was spot on. My unit went out on the coldest week of the year. Despite it being a busy time, Eric responded to my calls quickly and was able to get out to inspect my unit much faster than I expected. He gave me his honest feedback and was so helpful in explaining the problem. You can tell Eric enjoys his job and knows what he's doing.
