Tech was on time and did a great job. For how big of a company you are your prices are WAY high. Maybe fix that and I’d be your number one fan. I understand overhead but you should get better rates on material so you can pass those savings onto the customer. I spent 300-600 more with you vs a smaller company. Be the Amazon of AZ

Simon was incredible! Our drain clogged on Christmas Eve (of course!) and we were worried about finding a plumber that could come same-day. I quickly read through reviews and gave Simon a call. We had an emergency leak in our house last Friday evening and our house was flooding. We tried calling several emergency plumbing companies and this was the only one that called us back immediately. The person on the phone was very nice. They were out to our house very quickly and ahead of time. James and Josh were amazing!! They were very knowledgeable and fixed our leak very quickly. I highly recommend them!!

These guys are incredible and honest! We use their service for many of our projects and they are always on time, communicate well and fair in their pricing. If they get to a job and find that a repair is unnecessary, they always call and let us know. Everyone needs to work with this company!

I use Patrick Riley for my Ac service & plumbing because of AC technician Michael Tinner , he is one of the best AC techs in the the PHX area ! My AC is quiet & runs better than ever ! This is one less thing to worry about ! There are very few techs like Michael , he is through & very informative , gives you a sense of confidence every step of the way !

Excellent service every time!

The pilot light on my water heater went out, and I couldn’t reignited,. I called Penguin to come out and check the water heater and right off the bat. I was told it was too old to replace any parts on it and the technician suggested a brand new unit. I asked him to at least try to ignite it, and he did without even turning the gas on, when it didn’t ignite, he said the igniter was broken. He said a replacement would cost $2200 but with my Penguin membership it was 10% off so $2000. I said no thanks and that I would get another opinion and he left. I called my handyman over and then I called Penguin AC and while they were on the line my handyman lit the pilot and said there was nothing wrong with it. I asked Penguin Aur to take me if their program and she tried charging for their service call where they tried ripping me off. She said I owed them for three visits when they’ve only been to my home twice and I paid for the first service call. I told her I’ve given them $120 in monthly membership which comes out to $120 so minus their service call fee of $60 they owe me $60. These people are thieves and feed off desperate people in desperate situations. Stay away from them.UPDATE!After speaking with the Plumbing manager I was assured that the technician was going to be brought in for reeducation. I was also contacted by Tonya the quality. to me that this is not how they do business and that the technician get some additional training. She also waved. For me to get out of their monthly Penguin program. They made me realize that the actions of the technician is not a representation of their company values.

Horrible, HORRIBLE people! Do not use!!

When our counter that they had made and installed developed a crack in it, they said it was because a crockpot we had used was excessive heat, so they wouldn't repair it. This was a standard crockpot, not a charcoal grill. Even when talking to one of the installers about the situation being a little ridiculous after all money the kitchen cost, he agreed. But of course there was nothing that could be done about it.

We had a problem for years and Amigo plumbing solved the the problem that the builder of our house had hired the wrong plumbers that did not get there work inspection. Sewerage from street to house. Thank you so much for doing a great ? job and left the front yard like nothing ever happened and at a lot lower price then the others would have charged ? ? ?. Thank you so much AMIGO PLUMBING.
