I was looking for a handyman in Phoenix and these guys were the first I called. I’m from California but I own a few properties in Phoenix AZ and needed a handyman to do regular maintenance and repairs on my properties. First visit Jake showed up and gave me the breakdown over the phone with the repairs I needed and told me it will take him about a week to get everything done. HE WAS DONE IN TWO DAYS did all the stucco patches, drywall repairs and paint interior and exterior. Since than I’ve been using Jake on all of my projects, we have been working together for over 2 years and I can’t say enough good words about these guys and Jake particularly. Last project he did for me was a 850 SF home addition on a rental property and him and his crew did such an amazing job! if you looking for a Phoenix Handyman or general contractor, you can’t go wrong with these guys!!! I've never met anyone that can repair, install, and troubleshoot anything we have come up against. Justin and Greg and the ultimate professionals in what they do and truly care about their work. I had an odd ball problem with my bike, my local bike shop turned me away, two weeks out, Arid Valley had me back on my bike the same day! I was so impressed, I later used them to replace my shower faucet.

I needed some bathroom shower tile repair work done. I talked to lots of companies and contractors, but either they didn't really know what to do or didn't want to do the work at all. That's when I lucked out with Arizona Home. They were very professional, friendly, and knowledgeable about everything, and most of all honest. It turned out we discovered there were a lot more issues with the shower that needed to be addressed before anything else, and Branden went over everything with me before doing anything I didn't need to waste my time/money on. I would highly recommend Arizona Home, and will likely be using them again.

Oh boy I hoped to forget this incident but here comes a reminder to review from Google when I am looking for a handyman this time...

I got about 1/3 of what I paid for. First job was to install a range hood with 6 inch diameter vent. Company sent one handyman for what was definitely a two person job. He ultimately got the hood up with my help (I happened to have the morning off) but ended up missing the mounting brackets, which had to be completely redone by myself and family, causing a several month delay to find enough time to do the job.
Second job was to install a garage door opener, which he did. However I specifically had the office employee note the existing prewiring and pointed it out to the handyman before starting the job. This time I was not around and returned to wires stapled to the ceiling and walls. The lack of attention to detail on both his and the office employee staff is disappointing. It makes me doubt the experience of the company as a whole if they didn't know what prewiring looks like.
I feel bad for the handyman since he was genuinely trying hard, yet shoddy work is shoddy work.

I bought a home here in Phoenix 8 years ago & have since gone through an uphill struggle trying to find a reputable handyman service. Finally AZ Maintenance has met that need. They have it all-the do it all.
The service men are polite, prompt & skilled. Stanley went well above & beyond through to the completion of a difficult job, never complaining or acting irritated. I'm having them come out again for another job.
It's a great relief for me now knowing AZ Maintenance is just a call away.
I highly recommend this company to anyone in need of a reliable, competent handyman.

Priority One gives their best handy work. He not only replaced a ceiling fan, he also fixed our back door and frame. His team also fixed our brick wall after someone crashed into it. Not only did the wall get fixed, but also painted for a good price. He's reasonable, fair and honest. I have more work needs to be done around the house and I'd rather call Priority one. Chris Riggs is the man. Thank you Chris for all the hard work you've done.

Great professional service at a great price

CJ was a true professional from start to finish. He hung my heavy art piece(like mounting a big TV) quickly and at a fair price. Super responsive and always on time. Will most definitely call CJ's Handyman Service for all my home needs in the future!!?

I reached out to C&S Handyman Services for paving work as well as place a raised flower bed. They showed up on time, was very thorough, even offered a few ideas that I had not thought of.

I will be calling on them again as home improvement-landscaping projects arise.

Called for estimate and they responded with in 20 minutes. Nick came over to look over what I wanted and gave me a very reasonable price for the work. He installed a new door closer for me and did a great job. Very happy with Nick and he will be my new handyman.

Best handyman out there!!!! Had a simple thing to fix and he came all the way at 9pm to come fix it! On a Saturday!!! Definitely will use him for anything I have around the house!!! I would definitely recommend!!!!

Could not get through, phone call transferred multiple times, felt like I was at a national warehouse rather than a local business
