Best FAN REPLACEMENT in Phoenix AZ

CAUTION: Save yourself the money and headache & go with a different company! I called for a dust inspection and all the technician did was stay up on my roof and inspect my AC. Elmer Calderon didn't enter my home, or look at any of my ceiling vents to check for dust build up. He attempted to sell me a new condenser coil for $4500, and then tried to further it by telling me I need a new AC unit. I was quoted $1000 for duct cleaning service without even checking the ducting appropriately. I called them to get my refund for the tech coming out to inspect and I was met with slight push back at first, telling me they can see everything from the AC unit without entering the residence. I was ultimately refunded after a few calls and I ended up going with Stanley Steemer. This technician did in fact enter my home and check all of my ventilation both upstairs and downstairs to give me a much more reasonable quote compared to Penguin.

Grayson got my heater working again and I'm so happy to have it warm in here. He was so kind to explain what was going on up there with my unit as it is too much for me to climb up on the roof. I always appreciate the techs at Hobaica! Wouldn't call anyone else!

Alien AC installed our A/C unit for us 8 1/2 years ago. We came home yesterday to a 90 degree house and realized our fan motor wasn't blowing. I have several issues going on. I have multiple filters. I had another company out and they were unable to fix it but told me a valve was broken and needed replaced. They recommended Parker and Sons. It was great because they were able to come out first thing the next morning. The service guy was able to replace 2 of the 3 filters but was unable to change the 3rd filter because he didn’t have that particular filter. He was able to determine the valve did not need replaced saving me over $600 (I even watched him turn the valve off then back on). They sent another guy that afternoon to replace the 3rd filter, and oddly enough, the valve was now not working, again. I watched it work that morning and watched it not work that same afternoon. He recommended to replace the valve, but also recommended adding a valve for this particularly troubled filter to make it easier in the future. So the guy that came out in the morning is coming out tomorrow morning again to replace the valve, add a valve, and change the filter which the 2nd guy left with me. So it’s been a process but their availability to send someone to service same or next day (I’m about 45 minutes from town so I’m not as easy to get to as someone who lives in town), overall they’re getting it done for me. Just requires a bit of patience since their service people specialize in different things and in my case, it is wasn’t a one man job. Overall I’m happy and will call them in the future since the local company I used prior is no longer in business, I think they retired.

The gentleman was quick and very professional about doing the work on my AC luckily the parts are covered but I was a bit surprised when it cost $200 for labor. Even though I would still recommend them.

5 Star rating for sure !!! After returning home from vacation, our A/C heat pump was not working. I contacted a HVAC repair company that was referred by the installer. The Unit was only 6 years old, still under warranty and the compresser had failed. Initially we were told the parts needed would be available in 5-7 days and then installed. After almost 4 weeks of waiting and being told the parts were now on back order I reach out to a number of companies for quotes on replacing the Heat pump. All were happy to replace at a cost to us of $5000-$9000. Mindy The A/C Lady was the only one to inquire as to why the repair was not completed. She said it seemed unusual that those parts were not available and as a authorized dealer, asked if I minded if she looked into the matter. After a couple hours she contacted me with news of the parts being packaged, labeled, and with expedited shipping to arrive in 4 days. Needless to say we were happy to hear this news. Both NATE Certified Master techs Anthony and David were very pleasant, professional and prompt on completing the repair. A/C Refrigeration has been very honest and reasonable and saved us thousands of dollars and we couldn't be more pleased. Customer service like this is hard to find, and we have become loyal customers.
