Best Equipment Replacement in Phoenix AZ

I recently had 4 companies come out to give estimates for a new AC unit asa my old one was 28 yesterday old. All companies had A+ rating with BBB and good Google reviews. However I feel Hays stops out the most.Bill who came out with the estimate was very through, took a video of everything, extensive measurements of the air handler and gave me three options. While some companies where cheaper , they did not even offer a Trane, only Day& Night. But for 400 dollars more I got the Trane which has one of the best compressors in the industry and I did not have to pay all the money out of pocket at one time. They offered 0% 60 month same as cash. It's a great option to get the better unit and spread the payment out over multiple years instead of all at once.I would recommend them again!new update:Nolan Crowe is an excellent technician, friendly and explained everything on today's visit 2/7/22

I had such a great experience working with Tom for the two repairs needed at my home. Tom arrived on time and was extremely friendly and professional. He took his time making sure that his work was thorough and correct. Without asking, he even added extra notes to my invoice as he knew I would be submitting it to the city for reimbursement. i had several problems with an hvac unit, only 7 years old. The past few months i had several repairs and still was not working properly. I called NVM to come out to trouble shoot the unit as the others were not finding the problem. The tech found the problem immediately,

Third time our family has used this company for our replacement Air conditioning needs. Highly recommend using them. They spent 12 hours non stop replacing our units in the heat, came back first thing the next day to finish. Professional, punctual and trustworthy!

Temperature Pro and General Manager Sam Barrow were extremely timely and professional. They have a very informative evaluation of my unit and were transparently honest on the performance on my current system, and the potential for a new unit. Would use them every time.

They were great. Showed up same day when the valley was in the middle of a super hot spell. Inside of 1/2 hr I had cool air back! Only 4 stars because they were a bit pricey at $350 for less than an hour and a $20 capacitor. $180 trip charge that doesn’t apply to repairs is a bit much too. But hey, they were responsive and got cold air going so I’m happy.

We had an amazing experience working with AZ Perfect Comfort to repair our air handling unit!

Our air handling unit went down on a Thursday night in the middle of a heat wave. I called AZ Perfect Comfort at 7am on Friday and they we able to get a repair person onsite by 8:30am.

Matt was extremely professional, fast, and knowledgeable. I have some experience with motor repairs and he talked me through the issue and his recommended repair with no b.s. He had out unit back up and running by 9:30am.

I highly recommend this company; they are fast, professional, and prices are good!

Alien Air is AMAZING!! I had a part replaced on my air conditioner and mentioned I needed some duct repair from the October storm. Other places stayed a minimum of $2500 to work on it. Alien not only fixed the ductwork but sealed and a bit more for more than less than half the others price.
BEST? Jamison and Jose were professional, friendly and actually cleaned up after their work was done. They explained everything; offered suggestions but never pushed anything.
I HIGHLY recommend this company.

We originally used Lincoln Air to install the mini split system in our master bedroom. We we so impressed with their quality and service that we scheduled our annual A/C inspection with them earlier this year. They charged less than our other company and were much more thorough. We now consider Lincoln Air to be our company of choice for ALL of our heating and A/C needs.

Skylar and his trainee were very professional, friendly, and curtius. They're were here on time. They even called to let me know where they were and that they were on their way. They explained things to me, gave me quotes and were not pushy at all.

We had a leak from our water filtration (RO) system. Parker & Sons expert/technician came to identify the issue. He was right on time and provided me options for the fix.We had the same technician come back to install a brand new RO system! I was able to schedule this within the week. Luis was right in time and got the job done well and quickly! He did not leave any packaging or mess behind.
