Best Equipment Replacement in Phoenix AZ

Jared w/ Hayes Plumbing did a great job for us replacing our hot water heater and water conditioner. Very professional, polite, knowledgeable, articulate, and thorough. Would give Jared and Hayes my highest recommendation.

This review is overdue. We've relied on Sav-On Plumbing for repairs and upgrades for a couple of years. Their customer service is always outstanding. They are easy to schedule, show up promptly, and consistently do an excellent job. I highly recommend them.

My wife had them come and do a seasonal check and it was going to be around $70. The gave me a review and said the caps on the roof unit were weak. I know a little about these and they are not expensive and he had to be right there to check them. I gave him the ok and expected as much as $100 for the caps and $50 Labor. There was never any mention as how much it would cost. I could have changed them in thirty minutes pulling the panel and bought them for under $50. The next thing I know I am staring at a nearly $400 bill that should have been around $225. They are certainly capable of doing good A/C work, but this is the second time they ripped us off. I am going back to my old A/C company.

Mario and Nacho went above and beyond in satisfying the customer during our plumbing situation. Very honest with quality work. I am quite impressed. Highly recommended!

The most outstanding professionals I've ever met. We worked with Justin, Jared, and Branden for an HVAC system for my relative Adriana. First off, safety and cleanliness was top priority. They placed paper mats down through the house, wore shoe covers, and cleaned up immediately after small messes. The care they took on our home was so respectful and deeply appreciated. They were well-mannered and spoke softly and compassionately to everyone in the household. Our pesky dogs barking in the closed room didn't deter them nor jade their attitude. They made small talk and built rapport with us. When the job was done, they went above and beyond to explain every last detail so we would be fully knowledgeable about the work that was done. If I could do more than 5 stars, I honestly would.

Sun Devil Heating & Cooling came out within 24 hours when I could not get anyone else out after our air conditioner stopped blowing hot air on a 100 degree day! Customer service was great and Kevin not only found the problem fast, but offered us another option to ensure it would not happen again.

Quite satisfied with the service provided from the sales person, customer service representative, to the plumber who was dispatched. I had a water conditioning unit installed and the work was impressive. The plumber had his mask on, shoe covering, and left the work space neat. I have a request to do some electrical work and I look forward to it.

I usually do not leave reviews ... but I've had such a great experience with this company that I felt compelled to do so. Great family owned company providing good old traditional service. All the people I interacted with were awesome ... especially Anne Marie (Admin) and Greg (Service Tech). Great communication both in person and by text messages. On time as promised. Greg really went above and beyond and exceeded my expectations. Reasonable rates and fair on pricing. Would definitey use again in the future and recommend to family & friends.

Temperature Pro has been amazing! We installed 2 new Trane AC units. Both Sam, Reese and the installation crew were fabulous. Highly recommend this company! They are reliable, on time and follow up after the install to make sure everything was working perfect. Sam will take great care of you and your home AC needs.

The repairman came out on a Saturday and repaired the unit so we could cool off and we ordered a new unit. It was installed today by two of the nicest guys (our repairman was amazing as well) We couldn’t be happier and we will recommend them to everyone we know.

Alien Air has been very reliable and easy to work with. I have two AC units that they have maintained and kept running even though they are old units. I appreciate their pleasantness and kindness when the are here.

I nterviewed for a manager position and I had concerns that I brought to BoB Lincoln the owner. I was concerned that he has been in business for 18 years and has failed to grow. I offered solutions and he got offended and said I wasn't a good fit and never told me why.

I was very impressed with Arcadia Air, my air conditioning went out on a Saturday on the hottest weekend of the year. After a couple companies were unable to get on my roof due to the height, Arcadia Air was recommended. With only 1 call on a Monday night at 9pm I was able to get ahold of customer service and Mark was at my house by 10:30pm. Mark was awesome, he was able to get on the roof with the same length ladder as the other companies that weren't. He was very friendly and knew right away what the issue was and he fixed it in a matter of no time. I will definitely use Arcadia Air again! Great customer service, great response time, great quality of work!
