Call Moon Valley and ask for Alex! He’s so great! I had an unknown large water leak in the middle of the night and called Moon Valley due to 24 hr emergency service. Alex was my service guy and was AMAZING! He was very responsive, friendly, super knowledgeable and explained things to me so I understood. Alex called me back within a short time after leaving a message with the answering service to discuss what was happening. Alex showed up timely and began investigating the problem. Alex was extremely thorough, helpful, and professional. He checked every possible reason for the water leak - checked in the attic multiple times, my walls for water damage, outside water lines, and irrigation system. After troubleshooting, Alex found the culprit in the sprinkler line and was able to resolve the issue. I couldn’t have asked for better service and the price was fair and reasonable, even with emergency service required. I definitely recommended Moon Valley and Alex to help with any plumbing needs! Denny from Hays Plumbing gave me a first class experience with recent plumbing job. I required a hot water tank to be replaced. Denny was professional, on time and thorough with his work. He found a bad valve when installing the new tank and was able to quickly take care of the valve problem as well. Would highly recommend Hays and Denny!

DSC came out this Sunday and repaired our main unit. They did so even with a full day of repairs in line ahead of us. Danny our tech was very knowledgeable and friendly, he worked efficiently and with purpose. The price of the repair was fair, and we signed up for their ongoing maintenance contract for all of our units for three year. We know Jim and Mike and their family well, and it's good to be working with DSC again. Thanks again Danny, outstanding service and professionalism.

Plumbers arrived inside the window and volunteered to wear shoe booties inside, which we liked. The initial snaking effort failed, but the second round succeeded. Both men were courteous and professional, and they were in and out in less than a half hour.

This review is overdue. We've relied on Sav-On Plumbing for repairs and upgrades for a couple of years. Their customer service is always outstanding. They are easy to schedule, show up promptly, and consistently do an excellent job. I highly recommend them.

I called day and night to inspect/repair my ac system. The tech came out and did a thorough inspection of both my systems and created a thorough report with plenty of pictures. I’ve used other big companies before for maintenance and never had as good of a documented report and never had pictures to back up the report. This is the second time I used day and night first time was just a thermostat replacement. I was happy with the thorough work and the professional manor the work was done. I will definitely use them again.

What a great find...A/C was down in mid-June and who to call. Ace , who I had seen their ads, said they would be here that day. Sure enough, within a couple of hours technician, Tim H. arrived. He was clean, friendly and knew the problem right away. He gave me an estimate, which sounded reasonable. Better yet, he had the necessary parts on him truck. The service was fairly quick. He showed me the parts he replaced, ran several tests on the performance of the unit. He pointed out a concern for a future repair. He explained their service plans they offer and the benefits of yearly maintenance, with the discounts. NO pressure to buy, just the information. He gave me 30 days to sign-up and receive a discount on that days service. *** could not have been more friendly and informative. It was a pleasure doing business with this company.
