Above all else Penguin gave a very fair and reasonable estimate, 1/2 the cost of what another company quoted for work that needed to be done. Technician was very professional and answered all my questions, explained everything thoroughly.

Called Just Air yesterday, they were able to get out the very next day - in the AM. He diagnosed our commercial AC unit quickly - got us a price on repair while on site and completed the repair on site as well upon our approval. Less than 1 day and all our AC needs were fixed. Of all companies we have dealt with in the past 25 years of owning our home, we have NEVER had this GREAT experience. Our AC unit was not cooling. Janna set up appointment. Fred and Leo were here right on time.
As we expected our 25 year old unit had ruined coils, rusted pan and no freon. Fred took his time and gave us all options. We decided to go with a new unit. Instead of telling us what we should buy, he gave us options again and let us decide.
After giving him our choice. Our new unit was installed in one day.
We can not express how easily this went.
If anyone has AC problems I would highly recommend Az Perfect Comfort.

By far the best customer service. Christian worked really hard to walk me through all the steps he was taking to check the unit, reasons why and explaining options. He was very patient and completely thorough in his inspections as well as solutions. They went above and beyond!! Mark is amazing, he knows his stuff and simplifies things to make sure you understand what he is doing and so that you know what is needed so that you can make the best choice. He triple checked his work and made sure that everything checked out. I called these guys last minute and they got back with me quickly, and went out of their way to make sure that I got service in a timely manner. They also gave a 30 mins heads up which was great to help make sure I was home when they got here. I will do business again and recommend them to anyone. No BS, great, honest work.

I called Parker & Sons today my AC wasn’t working on the first warm day of the season. This winter I had inadvertently turned off the breaker switch. And had forgotten to flip it back. So the service man came out and determined the problem.and flipped it back. Problem solved. I had thought it would show some class and PR not to charge me. But since I had agreed to the service call price of $95, of course I was charged and paid this price. I doubt a smaller company would have charged me this fee, but not Parker And Sons, was charged the full price. How about building some nice customer relationships? Will remember this, Have a nice evening.

Hired Comfort Experts to do an air quality analysis when our son started experiencing allergy symptoms. These guys put together a package to improve the air quality in our home and it has made a HUGE difference. They also explained to us what we can do on our own to help keep things under control. Comfort Control is now our go-to for everything HVAC. Great job!

Scheduled maintenance was easy to schedule and I didn't have to wait more than 4-5 day's for the tech to come to our home.

Chuck came to our home to service our hvac. He came out the same day that we called. Chuck was on time, polite and respectful. The minimum fee was $59. Chuck discovered and fixed the problem quickly. He did a maintenance service, showed me photos and explained what he had done. I definitely would call these guys in the future!

I went through HomeAdvisor, and am so grateful I did. I talked to Gerald within 10 min of entering my information on HA. He came out the same day to look at my AC.
I'd already had a couple of quotes from other companies, so when Gerald showed me his quote I was shocked! It was significantly lower than competitors. (so I checked his reviews and they were great)

The day of the install, the gentlemen were at my house 15 min earlier than expected! They cleaned as they worked so I never had boxes or trash all over the place.

On time, good service and fare prices

AccuTemp came out to assess my AC and the tech, by his own statement, stripped out the threads on the service valve so it constantly leaks. GM Joey Murley refused to fix it and my AC has not work in over 5 months because they damaged the unit and refuse to fix it. Joey Murley has done nothing but tell me lie after lie after lie such that I know that he is lying to me whenever he opens his mouth. He flat out lied to me right to my face and told me the service valve they damaged was not leaking and when he left and I checked and, contrary to his flat out lie to my face, it was leaking severely. I am waiting for the Registrar of Contractors to investigate. AccuTemp damaged my unit and abandoned the job leaving me with no AC for over 5 months. And the review that follows by Cathy Murley only proves that she is as big a liar as her son. Nothing got resolved. They came out and my AC had a service valve/Schader valve leak which was worse after they left and after they left after that, my AC does not work at all and will not even turn on at all and I have been with AC all summer and heat all winter. Joey and Cathy Murley are the 2 most untruthful people I have even met in my entire life and working with them has been a complete nightmare.

They did a great job. Would hire again.

Karl was very professional in all his dealings with me (after finishing his previous job, and speaking with me, he was able to arrive early), very knowledgeable of my AC unit, had the proper part in his van and repaired the unit efficiently and thoroughly. After the repair, he verified the temperature of the air coming out of the registers was cold/correct. He wore protective booties so as not to track dirt in the house. Thank you, Dan
